Concession Stand and Rest Room Winterization not sure if Lazer Electric will continue to do this as our prior contact was bought out. Looking for other suggestions and a parent in the organization may be a good fit. We will partner with boys baseball on this. 7. Park cleanup: Move in trashcans and picnic/scoring tables 7:30-8:00pm Brian Fall Projects 1. Acquire land for practice fields: our survey results consistently point to a need for more lights and more fields. We are planning to acquire land next to field 1 that already has a large backstop to build at least 2 new practice fields. The cost is estimated to be at least $15,000 which includes aglime for both fields, equipment rental, labor and additional fencing. Rayenne motioned and Jenny seconded to move forward with this process. The vote passed with no opposition. Brian will now take this to the board and the City Council. 2. Sidewalks around batting cages and a concrete pad outside the batting cage shed. 3. The city should be done with the parking lot work by the end of October so more work may be needed by us to deal with any transitions between the new work and our areas 4. Field 1 backstop fence needs some repair. 5. Electrical in the batting cages needs fixed. The box itself is damaged and will be replaced at the cost of the box.
