May Horseland Volunteer In the month of May we were proud to reward volunteers for their hard work at NRC events by rewarding them with $20 Horseland vouchers. Brighton s Volunteer Pointscore At the end of the year, all the helpers will get tallied and we will award spectacular prizes to our Top 10 volunteers who have consistently made it possible for us to run so many fun and fantastic events! Make sure when you volunteer at an event that you sign the register as the Volunteer of the Year (the person with the highest tally) will receive a rug and trophy in recognition of their hard work.

Kate is well known for success on her horses Oscar B, World Star and more recently her very talented young horse Flowervale Florenz. Kate provides coaching and training to riders of all levels and ages and takes in horses for training at her Glenorie property. Having owned, trained and campaigned horses myself from Preliminary to Grand Prix, I can understand the requirements of the horse and rider combination and adapt training methods to suit their needs. To participate in this clinic all riders MUST be WDA, NRC or EA members. Notes: That this clinic is open to riders of all levels and spectators are welcome! There will be no refunds the week prior to the clinic unless you are able to find a replacement for your lesson. NRC Hack Show is scheduled for Sunday, 7 June. Novice, Open, Show Hunter and Funkhana rings with lots of classes. Competitors MUST either be a current member of EA or NRC to compete. Notes: ALL memberships must be done ONLINE ONLY via Nominate and prior to the event in which the rider wishes to compete. Members can join from the age of 5 upwards (only the Hacking phase will allow riders to be led). Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian who is 18 years or over. At a protocol day you ride the test of your choice and then receive feedback from the judge, with the opportunity to repeat the movements or even the whole test. You have a 20 minute timeslot.
