Bullpen writes all jobs to your WordPress site and creates new jobs on your website. Each job gets a unique url and also displays on an archive aggregate page. Once an applicant applies for a job, the information is written back to your Bullhorn account as a web applicant. The candidate is also affixed to the specific job they applied to. All new jobs show on your WordPress site within 90 min as the API runs. When you fill a position and close out the job in your Bullhorn account, the associated job is removed from your WordPress site upon the next data synch. Bullpen Design and Layout When Bullpen is implemented on your site, the system inherits all CSS and design attributes of the existing WordPress site. If you are unhappy with how Bullpen renders and inherits your theme s attributes as per your site s theme s CSS, unlimited customizations can be made to your stylesheets by any web development team.
