17 LIGHTNING ROUND Player/Coach Development Goalkeeping Development Travel Program In-Town Program Referee Registrar Treasurer Facilities Purchasing Concessions Fundraising Tournament Webmaster Secretary President All Directors Motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:04 by Laura, second by Manny. All in favor. 2017 Youth Soccer Partnership Proposal Tewksbury Youth Soccer Below are the details of our 2017 Bronze and Silver Youth Soccer Partnerships. Included in the package are all the benefits/experiences, 4 or 6 season memberships and 100 or 250 group tickets. The season membership seats are such an easy way to distribute to coaches to help retain them and keep them active with TYSL. With a bronze partnership you are only looking at 4 seats to 15 games at this point (2 games coming next week could lower it to 13 games) and I m sure there are a lot more than 15 coaches that would really appreciate the chance to bring their family out to watch the Revs.

I m going to breakdown ways to eliminate most of the cost associated with the partnership between the rebate on each group ticket, up-charging a few dollars and raffles. Youth Soccer Partner Events/Benefits (Difference between Bronze Level and Silver Level) Player Appearance: Bronze and Silver Partners get one Player Appearance SPECIAL EVENTS YSP Train with the Pros Clinic: 2 spots 4 spots YSP Coaching Clinic: 2 spots 4 spots YSP Coach of the Year 2 tickets in a catered Suite for Youth Soccer Partners On-field Recognition at half time of the game YSP Recognition Night: 2 tickets in a catered Suite for Youth Soccer Partners On-field Recognition at half time of the game GAME DAY AMENITIES Reserved Tailgate Lot:

can also add onto the price of the ticket. For example, a Sideline group ticket is $27 and the face value is $43, so if we added $1 to make it $28/ticket that would get $3 back per ticket instead of $2 Season Memberships - Benefits Season Membership package includes: All 17 Regular Season Revs Home Games 42%-51% savings on box office prices Reserved VIP parking next to the stadium with tailgating (individual parking passes for each game) Adidas Member jacket with each membership Reduced ticket prices for additional tickets purchased Pre-sale access to select Gillette Stadium concerts and events Access to Patriots Ticket Exchange Access to exclusive Meet the Team Events only for Season Members ( Away Supporters Trip to NYCFC & NY Red Bulls, Revs Day on the Pitch, Welcome Event,) Ticket Exchange Program - exchange unused tickets for other matches Reduced ticket prices for additional ticket purchased Pre-sale access to select Gillette Stadium concerts and events Access to Patriots Ticket Exchange Private Season Member Gate with early entry Account Manager to manage your tickets online (forward your tickets, reprint your tickets, etc.) Revolution ProShop discounts (10% online, 15% in-store)
