National - Teamranking in F1G, F1H und F1Q 3 competitors of same FAI - country in same class build together 1 team. 2. Mixed - Teamranking 3 competitors independent of nationality/ class build together 1 team. The ranking will be calculated as %points of the maximum possible flying time. In case of a tie the winner will be determined by considering the lowest sum of place numbers. Several team nominations in different classes and / or teams are possible. The contests will be flown according the FAI Sporting Code Section 4B und 4C with 5 rounds The maximum time of the morning round will be set up before the round depending on weather. Fly Off participants have to bring 1 timekeeper each. For this contest no FAI license is necessary, but a third party risk insurance must be shown at the registration. This contest will be flown from sunrise till 8 00 with 5 flights, but no maximum time and no fixed time for every flight. The score with the highest and the lowest time will be cancelled and from the rest the average will build the result for ranking. When thermals will appear, the sunrise scoring is finished
Round durations: Timekeeper: will be set up individually, to present all competitors a relaxed contest and to allow to fly several classes in this contests. volunteer timekeepers are every time welcome! All competitors will be requested to time each other minimum 1 flight per round. Sportsmanship and Fairness of all competitors will be expected. Spot check in timing will be done by special deployed persons by the Contest Director. Registration: for better planning and preparation of this event we request for in time registration until Juli, 28 th 2013 with the registration formular (download on website) to fff-ilbesheim@web.de Team nomination will be expected asap, latest until August, 23 th 20 00. Fees: can be paid at the registration, in case of late entries in Ilbesheim 50% surplus. Protests: must be presented to contest jury in written form and by paying protest fee of 25. The price giving ceremony of all finished contests take place during the banquet on Saturday evening, the rest on Sunday after the contest in the vinary Schmahl in Ilbesheim. At the banquet will be offered food and drinks from vinary Schmahl, payment will be done locally. Due to better coordination please give us in your application a note of banquet participation. The organizer is not responsible for damages, which are caused by participants, guests or models. Code of Conduct for the Ilbesheim competitions We are pleased that the farmers allow us free-flight athletes to use their fields around Ilbesheim for our competitions and camping and welcome us. General information about the general behavior on the site All participants and accompanying persons should behave like guests, so that no damage or contamination will take place. This is important for the farmers, but also for ourselves, so we can use these fields in the future. The camp - and flying site shall be abandoned by every individual, as he found it. So no littering! Please use the plastic bags at the appropriately marked locations to dispose your waste. We ask for active assistance! At the camping areas and near the launch field are portable toilets. Please use these and do not use the hedges at Campsites or on the field. Important information about parking and driving on the campsite and the field Cars are only allowed on the campsite and at the with caution tape marked parking areas Only use the designated trails with sign FAI and CAMPING and drive in walking speed to reach campsites Blocked roads may not be used or bypassed. Important instructions for returning the models The retrieving of models is on foot or by bicycle. Driving on the roads with cars or motorcycles is not permitted, unless it is expressly permitted by the competition management. All fields that are locked or still bear fruit, may be entered only on the shortest way to get models out lying. Please respect the crops!
