PROPOSAL FOR AWARDING OF COLOURS (BLAZERS) FOR SARL This is a basic proposal taking into consideration the regulations as provided by SASCOC for the issuance of National Colours, as well as ideas and recommendations by Board Members. There will be three levels of Colours, namely Rhino Colours, National Team Colours and Provincial Colours Rhino Colours This is the highest accolade you can get in SARL.
