BROWN WILLY FARMS Polglaze Farm, St Mabyn, Bodmin, Cornwall TB Tested: 4/1/17 Farm Assured The cows have been running on the top of Brown Willy hill at around 1000ft above sea level. They have been commercially managed to a high standard. With the cows having predominantly British Friesian dams, they are milky and capable of living at high ground. After the recent introduction of Aberdeen Angus lines, some heifers out of the Hereford x cows have been selected to thicken some of the lines up. All cows have been PD d and those not far enough forward are being sold as running with the Charolais bull. All cows are currently wintered in cubicles at the lower farm near St Breward. All cows PD d positive were injected with Trodax on 10/1/16 (60 day withdrawal). The cows that are stated as running with bull have not been treated. The auctioneers would recommend these cows most highly to go on and do well to fit into existing herds or as great foundation stock.
