Thank you for your support of Bella s Dream Room Makeover!

Bella is Beyond Happy with Her Dream Bedroom Actually as the days go on and on, she loves her room even more! Here s Bella seeing her room for the first time! And it is because of each of you that this was made possible! It s princess room all the way for our little Bella!!!

Bella s mom sent the picture of Bella at her desk below, and said, She spends lots of time drawing here now! Tara was her Rooms of Hope Interior Desinger great job Tara!!! Great job to the entire team that worked in this room!!! Special Note to All of You Our Rooms of Hope children are in the fight of their lives! They are scared and grabbing onto anything that makes them feel safe. For many of our children, that means sleeping in their parents bedroom at night, which may or may not be the best place for all involved as time goes on. Of course, staying in mom & dad s bedroom might be good initially when the child is first diagnosed and needs special care, but with time for some of our Rooms of Hope children they need rest and a developing sense of security within themselves as they fight their awful diseases. For these children, their new dream bedrooms brings them a sense of purpose, a shot of confidence and so much joy & hope because the room is all about everything they love and what matters to them in life. Such is the case with Bella Mom said, She loves her room and has slept in it for the last three nights which is very nice for us too!

Lots Of Fun Things To Find & Do In Bella s Dream Bedroom A desk for hours of creating! Reading nook for hours of imagination! Bella s Princess Closet! Dolls, books and lots of tea parties are in Bella s future! Tara, Bella s designer, shown all the way to the right, explains it all to a very excited little girl with cancer who needs hope!

And, Of Course, We Didn t Stop There Either! Bella s adorable little brother Jonathan, Jr. who goes by Max needed just some fine-tuning in his room. Mom and dad did all the painting before we got there, and we just added some items to finish off the room. As we know, siblings need a little TLC too, but mom was thrilled too!

And, Finally We Also Created a New Playroom For Bella and Max! VW sponsor and representative David (far left) Rooms of Hope sponsor, Half Moon Bay Lodge and their manager s daughter, Hana, playing with Bella and Max (center photo) and the family so very happy shown (far right). Great job, Niki for designing a room that is peaceful, playful and serves lots of purposes for the family!

A Special Call-Out To All Of You Who Made Bella s Makeover Possible! Without the referral from Felicie at Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland, the design inspiration and love poured into the rooms from Tara, Niki and Shelley, the ongoing support of our Board of Directors - Brook, Luci, Nancy, Nathan, Shelley & Stan, the room donors and product sponsors who donate with big hearts, and finally the room volunteers who work so hard with all they have to give none of this is possible! And so, who are the people behind this wonderful makeover? Well, our Rooms of Hope star, Bella and Her Family Plus All of You! Below is Part of Our Wonderful Team! From Our Hearts to Yours Thank You!!!

With gratitude Every makeover is as different as every child we serve! To each of you, all our gratitude to a crew who worked hard to make sure that Bella has hope! You should be proud of yourselves as the family has mentioned over-and-over again how much they appreciate each of you! Our goal is to change the life and bring hope to a child who needs it most by creating spaces that matter. Our hope is also that your experience with us has changed your life in some meaningful way too!!! So from our hearts to yours, thank you Rooms of Hope volunteers: Brook Cammie Cassie Charlie Chris David Dena Emilia Hana Jill Keith Kelly Kendall Kenneth Lorrin Mike Niki Rick Roger Ron Sean Sharon Shelley Stan Stephanie Susan Tara And to our sponsors and donors...without your generous support, none of this could be possible!
