INTRODUCTION The Canadian Society of Club Managers (CSCM) is the only professional association in Canada that focuses specifically on clubs with the goal of creating great clubs and experiences through excellence in professional management. The Society has some 550 members and represents over 270 clubs from across the country. Our members represent a wide variety of clubs, the majority coming from golf or golf and country clubs in addition to city and dining, sports and racquet, yacht, and faculty clubs. Conferences Each year CSCM hosts two national conferences, providing members with exceptional educational and networking opportunities. The National Food & Beverage Conference is typically held in the first quarter of the year, and the National Conference in early fall. 2017 National Conference, October 13-17: An estimated 130 general managers and other senior level managers will attend this 3+ day conference for a high quality education program and networking with their colleagues and suppliers within the Canadian club industry. The 2016 Conference was hosted in Chicago, Il, and we will be visiting Halifax, NS, in 2018. In the five years prior to Chicago, the Conference was held in Vancouver BC, Banff AB, Toronto ON, Kelowna BC, and Montreal QC. 2018 National Food & Beverage / Mid-Management Conference, February 24 27: Registration for this Conference, being held in Montreal, QC and attended primarily by clubhouse managers, chefs and F&B managers, is expected to well exceed 125. Most recently Conferences were held in Victoria BC, Winnipeg MB, London ON, Saskatoon SK, Ottawa ON, and Richmond BC. Few organizations have such a tight network of individuals where relationships are fundamental to their business relationships with their members, their colleagues, and their suppliers. As a supplier you need, and should want, to be part of this network! In the following pages you will find the Sponsorship Prospectus for the 2017 Annual National Conference. We invite you to review this information and become a part of this exciting conference. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss your level of or your chosen event(s) for sponsorship, contact information is included on page 17 of this Prospectus. Thank you for your consideration we look forward to seeing you at Conference 3

Let us help you with your marketing strategies by joining senior level club professionals for the 2017 Annual National Conference. An estimated 130 CEOs, General Managers, Clubhouse Managers and other senior level management will be in attendance for three solid days of education, networking and socializing. Those who are serious about furthering their education in club management and want to expand their relationships within the club industry will be there. That being said, the opportunity for sponsors to meet and network with delegates will certainly be an important component of our Conference. The focus of the Conference will be education with ample time to network with delegates and sponsors. WHY SHOULD YOU BE A SPONSOR? There is no other opportunity like it! There is enthusiasm about hosting the Conference in Ottawa, from members and from suppliers / sponsors, for CSCM s 60 th Anniversary and during Canada s 150 th year. Network with an estimated 130 General Managers and other senior managers. Connect with the real top-level decision-makers. Enhance your visibility, introduce new products or services by participating the table top displays. Show your appreciation to existing clients for their past support of your business. You can enhance your network - build upon existing and generate new relationships Have some fun! Read on for all the sponsorship opportunities available to you. We hope you will join us for another exciting and unique Conference. You want to be there! 4

Photo Credit Ottawa Tourism OVERVIEW DATE: October 13-17, 2017 LOCATION: HOST VENUE: Ottawa, ON & Gatineau, QC Hilton Lac Leamy Hotel, Gatineau, QC How do the opportunities work? CSCM developed and continues to revise a sponsorship program to meet the marketing and communications objectives of suppliers to the industry. Most events allow only for one sponsor so you would get recognition as the sponsor of that particular event. Follow these easy steps. Review the program-at-a-glance Check out the sponsorship options Select the event(s) or option(s) that best suit your needs and your budget Add up the total value of your sponsorship to determine what additional benefits you are entitled to the more events you sponsor, the more exposure you get! This Prospectus outlines all levels of Sponsorship as well as Conference events and products available to be sponsored. We understand and appreciate that not all of our suppliers are able to contribute financially but may be able to do so in the form of in-kind sponsorship. We are open to discussing all levels and forms of in-kind sponsorship and invite you to discuss your thoughts with the Host Committee Sponsorship Chair or with the Conference Manager. Contact information for these people can be found on page 17 of this document. 5
