Auditors Report for 2014 Rapport D 'Audit Scope of Audit We have audited the accompanying financial statements of Pacific Games Council which comprise the statement of financial position as at 31 December 2014, and the statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows for the year then ended, and a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory notes We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing...We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.

For the Council to review the performance of sports delivered in Port Moresby that are on the Tonga 2019 sport program to achieve consistency of sports delivery across the program and to deliver a professional product that is supportable commercially. A strong tripartite process with OSFO and ONOC is essential to establish MOU agreements with the respective Oceania Federations to assist with the delivery of a professional product. MARKETING COMMITTEE OUTCOMES Development of PGC Marketing Plan for post 2015 era PGC committing resources in host markets 2017, 2019, 2021 & new rights ownership model - Article 27 Recommendations to Executive Board: 1. The Pacific Games Sport Program as the Council s prime product and asset

Delivery of a Professional Product by Organising Committees assisted by its Host Governments The insertion of a Bond into future Host Agreements for Governments and Organising Committees to deliver mandatory principles against agreed milestones, including the establishment of the GOC and the achievement of the venues construction program.
