A study completed by Econsult estimates that the City Avenue Project and ensuing new construction will generate: $2.1 billion in total expenditures within the Commonwealth 15,500 temporary jobs $50 million in state tax revenues. Econsult also estimates that ongoing operations within the commercial components of future development and net new aggregate household earnings within the residential components of future development will generate: $1.3 billion in total expenditures each year within the Commonwealth 11,000 permanent jobs $34 million in state tax revenues each year
