RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Only Buckskin Horses registered with the National Buckskin Society (Inc) or in the Register of other State Bodies affiliated with the Australian Buckskin Association that fall within the Victorian Colour Standard are eligible to compete. 2. All exhibitors must be Financial Members of the National Buckskin Society (Inc) or other State Body affiliated with the Australian Buckskin Association. 3. Horses classified on the day are eligible to compete (except for Foal Futurity). 4. The Committee reserves the right to alter, delete or add to the program and to reject any entry at it's discretion, if the circumstances arise. 5. The committee of the National Buckskin Society (Inc) accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to competitors, spectators and equipment in any way whatsoever. 6. A NOVICE is not to have won a first place at a NBS Double Points Show or a Royal Agricultural Show. 7. Horses competing in Dual Registered Classes must supply a photocopy of the relevant Registration. Only one Dual Registered class is allowed per horse. 8. A BROODMARE must be a minimum 3 months in foal (with a positive test) or have current year foal at foot. 9. Third Generation Buckskin exhibits must be a minimum of 3 buckskin generations, which are NBS registered or Registered with another affiliated state body (provided proof of registration is supplied) Please list the 3 horses names & reg numbers on entry form. 10. Approved hard hats must be worn whilst mounted & by juniors under 12yrs who are competing in led events. 11.
