Classmates Who Have Transferred to the Eternal Duty Station Jack Charles Bunton (60), age 77, of Mountain Home, ID passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018, in a Boise, ID, Care Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral, McMurtrey Chapel located at 500 North 18th East in Mountain Home, ID. Janet Toliver (59) McCray of Denver, CO passed away November 20, 2017, from complications following spine surgery. Janet (Jannie) was born in North Hempstead, NY on August 31, 1941 to Col. Raymond F. and Jennie Sue Toliver. She is survived by her children Ty Moskal (Alicia), Kendra Moskal (Nora Berrouna), Erika Moskal, and Tadd Moskal; grandchildren Kelsey Hayden Norris, Preston Moskal, Jamal and Yasmine Hill, Jackson and Kristine Reum and Alesa Moskal; friend and first husband Stanley Moskal and sister Nancy Belknap. She was preceded in death by her husband Mark McCray, her parents and sister Suzanne Kemp. A memorial was held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Eisenhower Chapel, 293 Roslyn St., Denver, CO 80230, followed by a Celebration of Jan's Life at The Punch Bowl Social, 3120 Uinta Street, Stapleton, CO. Published in Denver Post from Jan. 27 to Feb. 3, 2018 From Pat Terpening (58) Owen: Have to tell a story about Jan when we were at Bushy Park. She lived in the room next door to mine, and my sister was one of her roommates. 2

Late one day there was a problem when one of the boys from the boys dorm decided he needed to visit his girlfriend in the girls dorm, and he was crawling around on the roof over our rooms (there were only 2 rooms in that hallway because the smoking lounge was also in that wing), and the young man came through the roof right in front of our two doors. Jan, who'd just taken a shower and was wrapped in a towel, came down the hallway and looked at the young Air Policeman standing there trying to figure out how to get the boy out of the ceiling, and said "Don't you think you're in the wrong dorm?" The young Air Policeman turned about 50 shades of red and didn't quite know what to say or do about a young lady standing there in a towel. We got quite a laugh out of it, but I'm sure the Air Policeman didn't and neither did the young man hanging from the hole in the ceiling. Doyle Langford, Sr. (57) Daytona Beach, FL Doyle J. Langford, Sr., age 80, was called home by our Father in Heaven on March 29, 2017, after a very courageous 10-month battle with cancer. Doyle is survived by the love of his life, Janie, with whom he enjoyed 60 plus loving and passionate years. Together they had, raised, and he is survived by all six children, Sam (Sandy), Dot (Ken), Rose Ann, Mike (Deb), Sheila (Rich), and Jim (Myra); they also helped to raise Jessica and Ryan (Tara); two of their 15 grandchildren Vanessa, Ericka (Peter), Troy (Jessica), Charley, Megan, Chris (Anna), Blaine, Adam, Andy, Abe, Brittney (Corey), Isabella, and Olivia; and have 20 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Frances (Ken). Doyle was predeceased by his parents Ruben and Rosa Lee and brothers Ed and Carl. Doyle will be greatly missed by all who knew him and appreciated him for who he was and what he contributed to those who knew him best. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Dale Woodward Funeral Home, 167 Ridgewood Ave., Holly Hill, FL. Condolences may be shared for the family at www.dalewoodwardfuneralhomes.com. 3

He had many nieces and nephews, 7 grandchildren, and his former faithful companion, Bailey. Rick is also survived by a step daughter Cherie Caruso and Analisa Caruso Allshouse, five grandchildren, and six great granddaughters. Rick really enjoyed the outdoors. He loved hiking, camping, skiing, and sailing. He loved to read, often having three books going at the same time. A Memorial Service was held at St. Leo's Church in Inwood, WV on Monday, November 26, 2018. There are many entries, dating back to April 2007. Here is a direct link: Bushy Park Guest Book 4

Letters to the Editor From: Wally Costa (54) Question from October 2018 Bushy Tales issue: What was the name of the mascot in the male dorm in Surbiton and what kind of a mascot was he?????? Answer: Our Surbiton mascot was a little black mouse and his name was Michidoo. Cheers, Bill. Wally Costa (54) Editor s Note: I had just one response, from Ellis Young (58). His response was incorrect. Does anyone live in the greater Charleston SC area; Charleston, Kiawah, Summerville, Mt. Pleasant and surrounding areas? Maybe if there are a couple/few of us, regardless of years at Bushy, we might meet for lunch sometime this fall. Just contact me at premierevent@charleston.net. Penny Ohrman (61) Bernstein This is to let you know my husband, Dennis Merrill Jacobs (62) received your letter and is interested in being part of the group of students you have located and receiving your newsletter. He did graduate from Central High School. From Dennis' wife, Diana --FINIS-- 5
