Golf Town Black Friday Putt and Save Promotion ELIGIBILITY: Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Putt and Save promotion ( Putt and Save ) is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, except employees, representatives and agents (and those with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not) of Golf Town Limited ( Sponsor ), its affiliated companies and their advertising and promotional agencies. THE PUTT AND SAVE PERIOD: The Putt and Save begins on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at each participating store s opening and ends on Saturday, November 24 th, 2018 at each participating store s closing ( Putt and Save Period ). METHOD OF ENTRY: Visit any Golf Town location during the Putt and Save Period and attempt a 10-foot putt to a predetermined hole to receive a Putt and Save card for an opportunity to save 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% or 50% (each, a Savings Prize ) on any eligible purchase made in a single transaction that day at that Golf Town location. You may only attempt one (1) putt per day during the Putt and Save Period and are only eligible to receive one (1) Putt and Save card per day while supplies last. Each participant who successfully makes the putt will also receive a ballot for a chance to win a $100 gift card eligible for use in any Golf Town store ( Grand Prize ). One Grand Prize per store is available. To qualify for the Grand Prize draw, participants must fill out the ballot in accordance with instructions printed on the ballot and deposit it in the ballot box located on or near putting green in a participating store, on or before the final day of the Putt and Save Period. A ballot may also be obtained without making a successful putt by requesting a ballot from the Manager on duty at any of the participating stores. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, damaged or late ballots. Limit one (1) ballot per person and per household per day. Only ballot entries that meet eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules will be eligible to win a Grand Prize. ODDS: Each Putt and Save card contains a Savings Prize. A total of 61,600 Putt and Save cards will be available and distributed across all Golf Town stores in Canada. Allotments of Putt and Save cards will vary by store, and will only be available while supplies last. Putt and Save cards will be distributed randomly in each location to all those who participate in Putt and Save. Savings Prizes are distributed as a percentage of each store s total allotment of Putt and Save cards at the following rates: 10% OFF - 90% of store allotment; 15% OFF - 5% of store allotment; 20% OFF - 3.25% of store allotment; 25% OFF - 1.5% of store allotment; 50% OFF - 0.25% of store allotment.

Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at each store during the Putt and Save Period. RECEIVING A SAVINGS PRIZE: To redeem a Putt and Save card and receive a Savings Prize, present a valid Putt and Save card to the cashier at checkout. The cashier will scratch the Putt and Save card to reveal the Savings Prize. Participants must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to redeem a Putt and Save card IF, WHEN THE PUTT AND SAVE CARD IS PRESENTED TO THE CASHIER AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, THE SCRATCH AREA OR ANY PORTION THEREOF IS REVEALED, OR IF THE SPONSOR BELIEVES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, ACTING REASONABLY, THAT THE PUTT AND SAVE CARD HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH PRIOR TO ITS PRESENTATION, THAT PUTT AND SAVE CARD WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID AND THE INDIVIDUAL MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM RECEIVING A SAVINGS PRIZE AND FROM OBTAINING ANOTHER PUTT AND SAVE CARD. Savings Prize discounts cannot be applied towards the purchase of Golf Town gift cards, nor can they be applied towards the purchase of any Garmin, Titleist, and FootJoy products. The participant will be entitled to use the Savings Prize on one transaction of only those items presented at checkout prior to the time the Savings Prize is revealed. Once the Savings Prize has been revealed, participants are not obligated to proceed with the transaction, however the Putt and Save Card will become void for any other purchase transaction once scratched. Returns made on purchases to which a Savings Prize has been applied will require the original receipt. GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Putt and Save Period. The drawing of the Grand Prize winners from the ballots entered at each store will be conducted by the Sponsor or Sponsor s representative on
Monday, November 26th at 10:00 am local time at each store. The potential winners of the Grand Prize will be notified by telephone. If a potential winner cannot be reached within two (2) business days of the first notification attempt, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If the Sponsor is blocked from or unable to contact the user via the telephone, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not or cannot comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. As a condition of receiving a Grand Prize, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign and return to the Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release within the time period designated by the Sponsor, if the Sponsor so requests, in the Sponsor s sole discretion. If a potential winner fails to do so, or is found to be ineligible in the Sponsor s sole discretion, that potential winner will be disqualified. A Grand Prize will be shipped to a winner s home or business address in Canada at the Sponsor s expense. It is winner s sole responsibility to make sure that the Sponsor has accurate address information for the winner. Prior to being declared a Grand Prize winner, the participant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; and the participant s eligibility has otherwise been verified and the Sponsor has confirmed verification to the winner. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Putt and Save is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering the Putt and Save, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this promotion, which will be final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions or exchanges by winner will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute one or more elements of a prize for a prize of equal or greater value. The Sponsor has not made and is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims, any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. By participating in the Putt and Save, each entrant agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, addressor statements about Putt and Save without further compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor and the stores in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet and waives all moral rights for this purpose. Putt and Save cards will be declared invalid if they are deemed to be forged, defaced, mutilated or altered in any way; or if any part of the scratch area has been revealed prior to being presented to the Cashier as part of the transaction. All Putt and Save cards are property of the Sponsor and will be retained following use in an eligible transaction. For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a savings prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of these Official Rules, as applicable, the English version shall prevail, govern and control.
