2. LICENCES AND INSURANCE AT 250$ PER HUNTING AREA 3. TAXIDERMY AND SHIPPING COSTS 4. VET CERTIFICATE AND EXPORT PERMIT AT 150$ PER TROPHY 5. VAT TAX 18% ON FINAL INVOICE FORM OF PAYMENT: 30% OF TROPHY FEES AND DAILY RATES WHEN BOOKING THE HUNT. BALANCE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE BEGINING OF THE HUNT. CANCELATIONS: - Ten months prior to hunt date: 50% of the hunt cost is retained by Espacaza. - Less than ten months prior to the hunt: 100% of hunt cost is retained by Espacaza. - CONDITIONS: - Trophy fees are to be paid in full by the client if animals are wounded and lost - Traveling days included in duration of hunt period - Minimum program will be 3 days - Days contracted must be paid even if the hunt finishes before due time - In National Reserves with National Game Department regulations 2 or 3 days are maximum duration of hunt for each trophy. Two chances are possible to collect a given trophy, and trophy fee applies if animals are missed 2 or more times. REALEASE OF RESPONSABILITY. ASSUMPTION OF RISK - The Client is aware that adventure travel, whether in civilized or remote areas by vehicle, horseback, other conveyance, or on foot, involves inherent risk of illness, injury, death, or loss damage of property, which may caused by negligence of others, forces of nature, and other causes known or unknown. The client recognizes that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip that he is participating in this trip. - The client agree on behalf of himself his companions and any minors accompanying him to hold harmless and release ESPACAZA, its officers, owners, employees, agents, associates and/or suppliers for any accidents, claims, losses, damages of property, which might occur during the activities of the full trip.
- Including without limitation those losses arising out of the strict liability or the joint or concurrent, active or passive negligence or releases. - The client expressly assume any and all such risks with respect to the activity and circumstances described herein and pledge not to sue releases on account of any losses, claims cost, liabilities or damages, and further, he agrees not to claim the unenforceability of this agreement. JURIDISCTION - It is agreed that this contract shall be exclusively governed, interpreted, and enforced pursuant to Spanish laws and by the judges and courts of the ordinary jurisdiction in Madrid ( Spain), whereas both parties expressly resign from any other law or jurisdictional competition that could be applied due to their nationality or personal status.
