Location James Garret Sports Complex, Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 Day of meet emergency #570-492-9985 Facilities 6 Lane, 25 yard Daktronic Timing System, Hy-Tek Software, Ample spectator seating, Adjacent parking, Concession Stand available. Pool is 13.5 ft deep at the start and 4 ft deep at the turns. The competition course has not been certified according to USA Swimming Article 104.2.2C(4) Locker rooms will be open and available for the duration of the meet. Meet Director Eligibility Swimmers age is as of 12/1/14. Entry Limitations Swimmers may swim a maximum of 6 events per session. Swimmers may swim a maximum of 4 individual events per session. However, the Meet Director reserves the right to limit entries, events, or heats due to time or space constraints. Deck entries count toward the session total. Warm-Up & Start Times Session 1 (12 and Under): Warm Up: 9 AM / Start:10 AM Session 2 (13 and Over): Warm Up: 1:30 PM / Start 2:30 PM Deck Entries Will be accepted up to one hour prior to session start, and entered with a time of NT. Swimmers Without Swimmers unaccompanied by a coach should report to the Meet Director before Coach the warm-ups begin. Seeding All events are pre-seeded timed finals. All events will be seeded by time, age, and gender. Note: 200 Free, Fly, Back, and Breast events are open to all ages How To Enter Entries must be submitted using Hy-Tek software, using the provided meet entry file. Ribbons will be awarded 1 st to 6 th place in Morning Session. Admission Admission $3.00 includes unofficial Heat Sheet. Results Team Manager results and Meet Manager back-up will be emailed to attending teams following the meet HTML results will be posted on the SUNY Dolphins website www.eteamz.com/sunydolphins Clauses and indemnities In granting this approval, it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming shall be free and held harmless from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the meet. The use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms, or locker rooms. Except where venue facilities requires otherwise, changing in or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and prohibited. Shaving is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the meet.
