Student Activities Activity 1: starter-in the classroom Teacher shows a volley ball to the class and asks them what for and why this ball is used. Brainstorming: what do you know about Volleyball? Students will be introduced to the history of Volleyball. (T.W.1) (S.W.1/2/3a) (get feedback) Activity2: in the gym Formation: the teacher will meet the students seated in the circle on the middle line and will explain: - equipment: shoes,shorts,socks, knee pads. - changing rooms (lockers)... Safety: students need to stay in their personal space. -must call for the ball before contact. -volleyballs not in use will be stored on the ball trolley. -can t kick the balls. 10min. 5
