MD-1 media activities Official press conference In principle, will take place in the match stadium before official training session and scheduled for 30 minutes. Will be attended by the head coach and at least one key player Translation into English by a team official Open to all tournament-accredited media Official training session Before the team s first match of the tournament, will be held at the relevant match stadium For all other matches, teams decide where to hold MD-1 training sessions (match venue or official training ground) Open for at least 15 minutes from scheduled or actual start of session, whichever is later Open to all accredited media regardless of venue Subject to weather conditions, UEFA/LOC decision

Matchday media activities Teamsheets Teamsheet are submitted by teams at least 75 minutes before kick-off; we hope to have these distributed to media areas 60 mins before kick-off Press Conference 15-20 minutes after final whistle Attended only by coach Translation provided into English by a team official No photographers Mixed Zone All players from both teams that are listed on the official teamsheet are obliged to pass through the mixed zone after the match

Media Activities outside MD-1 & Matchday Teams are requested to hold one media activity every day upon arrival in the Czech Republic; this can be a press conference, mixed zone pitch side etc. Part-open training every day (except one closed session before each match) Either press conference, mixed zone or interview opportunities every day The same access should be given to all accredited media, and no embargoes imposed for such sessions Teams are requested to make one training session open to the public (e.g. local schools or football clubs) before their first match

Special media activities for semi-finalists and finalists Semi-finals and final MD-1 press conferences for the semi-finals and final must be held at the match stadium For the Final, teams are requested to provide two players for the MD-1 press conference in Eden Stadium, Prague Teams are requested to open their entire MD-1 training session prior to the final to the media

Accreditation Centres Accreditation Centres will be located at each of the four stadiums. Media must produce a photo ID and copy of their confirmation email in order to collect their accreditation.

Media can find relevant information and registration details (for Media not yet registered in FAME) at the following link: http://www.uefa.org/mediaservices/accreditation/index.html Media booking information for the semi-finals and final will be provided at the venues during the tournament. Media Services have sent information to your respective media accreditation contacts in FAME All questions regarding media accreditations: media.accreditations@uefa.ch

Media facilities Parking At each stadium 50 parking spaces are reserved for media. Parking passes must be requested as part of the media booking process and are valid for the entire duration of the competition on a first-come, first-served basis except for the Final, which will have a match specific parking pass and must be booked specifically in FAME. All parking passes must be collected at the accreditation centres. For the allocation process, priority will be given to photographers Press conference room In all stadiums, press conferences will be held in purpose-built press conference rooms. Post-match press conferences are open to all accredited media except photographers Each stadium press conference room has a head table on platform, audio system with split box, lighting and Wi-Fi, we ask all electronic media to not place mics on head-table and use split-box inputs

Media Tribune Overview Stadium Seats with desks Observer seats without desks Eden 90 18 Letna 72 30 Olomouc 63 21 Uhreské Hradiště 52 30 Each desked media tribune seat is equipped with power and internet The tournament seating in the media tribunes will in principle be done on a first-come, firstserved basis. However, for heavily-subscribed matches, UEFA reserves the right to impose a seating plan. Upon arrival at the stadium, media MUST contact the welcome desk, where they can collect match-specific media tribune access stickers.

Media Working Area Each stadium will contain a media working area, equipped with working positions, information desks, basic catering, and Wi-Fi internet connections Opening hours of Stadium Media Working Areas In principal, standard opening hours are: MD-2 before the first match at the venue: 14:00-18:00 MD-1 From two hours before the first media activity in the stadium until two hours after the end of the last media activity. MD Open from three hours before kick-off until 2h30 after the final whistle. Closed on other days Exact day-by-day, venue-by-venue opening hours will be communicated during the competition based on teams media schedules.

Media facilities Catering Basic catering will be provided for media and photographers as follows: MD-1: from one hour before the first media activity in the stadium until one hour after the last media activity MD: from two hours before kick-off until two hours after the final whistle

Photographers Facilities for photographers Dedicated photo working areas will be available at all venues, equipped with internet and tables/chairs. In addition, a dedicated password protected Wi Fi network will be made available for photographers pitch side during the official matches. Accredited photographers must collect bibs on a match-by-match basis at Media Welcome desk in return for a deposited ID card. Bibs must be returned after each match.

TV Non-Rights Holders on match day On arrival at stadium on matchday, TV Non-Rights Holder (NRH) must check-in their cameras at the media welcome desk They will receive a coupon to retrieve their camera after the final whistle Once inside the stadium, at no time before or during the match, must they film as this is right reserved for rights-holders A special area will be marked in the mixed zone for their placement Only with a valid match specific sticker can you access the media tribune. If space allows, NRH staff may be assigned non-desked seats in the media tribune.
