Then a triathlon could be just the ticket to help you step-it-up. This hardcore mix of swimming, running and cycling is something that even practiced athletes need to train well for, so it s no easy ride. But that sense of accomplishment that comes when you successfully complete your triathlon is like no other. Alternatively, you could team up with friends or work colleagues to do a team triathlon event of your own each doing their preferred activity, or swapping around to give each other a taste of something new, but with an experienced friend to help in training. Teamwork, fun and fitness a great combination!
