RULES OF THE SHOW 1. Legal Liability Neither Beds South Pony Club nor the landowner nor any person acting on their behalf accept an liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever. 2. Health and Safety - the Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all Officials and Stewards. 3. Safety Rules Failure to comply with safety rules will result in elimination. 4. Non Pony Club members enter all classes at their own risk, as only Pony Club members are covered by insurance, 5. Photography By entry to this competition, competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer. 6. The decision of the judge is final on all matters. Any objections must be accompanied by 20.00, which will be returned if the objection is upheld.7 7. The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry for any reason and at their sole discretion. 8. Hats must bear the CE Mark AND a quality symbol : PAS015:1998 or EN1384:1996 or BS EN 1384:1997 (with the BSI Kitemark): Snell E2001 with the official Snell label and number: SAI Global AS/NZS 3838 1998 or AS/NZS 3838 2003. They must be worn with the chin strap fastened at all times when mounted, with plain black or dark blue covers only. 9. All dogs must be kept on leads and under proper control at all times. 10. No stallions permitted. 11. No galloping or dangerous riding will be permitted 12. Age is as on the date of the show. 13. No horses permitted on the showground unless they are competing. 14. No mucking out of horseboxes or trailers on the show ground. 15. All competitors MUST enjoy themselves 16. Entry to the field is dependant upon and deemed as acceptance of these rules.
