TOURNAMENT DETAILS The number of entrants will be limited to 300. If over-subscribed, the 2015 TOURNAMENT ENTRANTS WILL BE SELECTED BY BALLOT with preference given to attendees in recent past events including the 2015 Satellite on July 27th & July 28th in Mont Tremblant. All entries must be received by Friday, June 19th, 2015. Entries not selected by ballot will be placed on a waitlist in order of the ballot selection and will be advised IMMEDIATELY. Cheque will not be deposited until you receive confirmation. E-Transfers will be refunded if your entry is not confirmed. If an opening occurs after June 30th, 2015, those on the waitlist will be advised. All accepted entries will be confirmed by June 30th, 2015. Any cancellations made after July 17th, 2015 will be reimbursed a 50% refund of the $420.00 entry fee. BETTER BALL COMPETITION Monday, August 17th Members are requested to record their entries for this competition on the Entry Card, including their partner s name. Course selection will be made by the Committee. If you enter, but do not have a partner, the Committee will pair you with a suitable partner. STROKE PLAY ROUNDS Tuesday, August 18th and Wednesday, August 19th This competition will be divided between The Toronto and Islington Golf Clubs. Competitors will be drawn to play one round at each course on Tuesday and Wednesday. All play will start from the 1st tee. Requests for pairing for stroke play on Tuesday and Wednesday will not be accepted.

DRAW Starting time for 1st day s play and a map of the area will be sent to all players by Wednesday, August 12th. Stroke Play. Draw sheets will be available to all contestants no later than Friday, August 14th. NOTE: All players will be required to use power carts. ENTRY FEES The entry fee of $420.00 includes three days of golf, golf carts and golf prizes, opening cocktail reception and the annual awards dinner with wine, and daily refreshments on the golf course. For those members of the C.S.G.A., not playing golf, but wish to attend the opening cocktail party reception Monday, August 17th at The Toronto Golf Club and the Reception and Annual Dinner at the Islington Golf Club on Wednesday, August 19th, you may do so and the cost for both events is $100.00. CLUB SERVICE No official practice rounds at either clubs due to active membership play. Members are requested to co-operate with the host Clubs to ensure that Club members are inconvenienced as little as possible. It is a special privilege for the C.S.G.A. members to be guests of both host Clubs, and both Clubs are generously giving us their golf course for three consecutive days. Please follow the dress code at each club Pro Shops will be pleased to advise of their dress codes. Contestants have use of the Golf Clubhouse facilities at both clubs. The usual Club service charge will be added to any chits signed by our members for any purchases. NO CASH SALES. Driving range facilities are available at both clubs no charge. Breakfast will be available at each Club Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Regular Club luncheon and service will be available at both clubs from 11:00 a.m. onwards. A optional dinner will be available to members on Monday, August 17th at the Toronto Golf Club following the Opening Cocktail Reception. We hope you will attend. PACE OF PLAY RULES FOR TOURNAMENT All pins will be marked at 20 inches and all putts within the mark are good. This year all players will be asked to mark only a Gross score per hole. Note: New - The maximum gross score to be included is a Double Bogey, so please pick up after reaching this level to maintain pace of play. No competitor may take more than one prize. (This does not include the prizes for Better Ball, Chipman Trophy, or Bert Wright Trophy).
