Welcome The Georgia State Skeet Association and South River Gun Club welcome you to the 2018 Georgia State Skeet Championships. We look forward to your participation and hope to make your visit one which will be enjoyed by you and your family. 2017 2018 Officers and Directors Jim Lindell President Tom Bolling Vice President Ken Patterson Treasurer Walton Starling Secretary Al Means NSSA Director Steve Shackleford NSSA Director Jack Johnson GSSA Director Lee Roberson GSSA Director Bill Wilson GSSA Director Randy Stephens GSSA Director Allen McCannon NSSA Director Tami Daniel-Means Publicity Director 2
From the GSSA President GA Skeet Shooters: Welcome to another spring shooting season! As our shooting season is in full swing, we encourage you to reserve the time in your busy schedules for the 2018 State Skeet Shoot at South River Gun Club June 22-24. We look forward to the great targets that South River is known for and a good time had by all. Please also note that this is an open shoot and your shooting friends from out of state are welcome to join us. One thing you will note right off is the change in the shooting order. By shooting the 20GA on Friday after the Doubles it will allow us to shoot all of the 12GA rotations and 12GA shoot-offs on Saturday. This will be advantageous for the one gun 12GA shooters and should allow more folk to make the Awards meeting afterwards. Also you will note that we are using PreSquad for squadding this year. The program contains instructions and as always if you have issues you can contact Tami. As your President I appreciate the opportunity that I have been blessed with to meet new shooters from across the state and region. I look forward to continuing to support and promote our great sport now and in years to come. As always, I welcome any input you may have. Sincerely, Jim Lindell, President 3

Squad Reservations Squad assignments will be on a first come, first served basis. Four gun shooters will be given preference in squadding. Shooters wishing to squad together must register together. We are excited to offer squadding by PRESQUAD.com (visit http://www.presquad.com) for the 2018 Georgia State Skeet Championships. This is online squadding software that allows you to sign up with your friends on your preferred rotation (providing space available like always). We used it at the last shoot at South River but understand this is still new and unfamiliar so Tami is available and happy to assist anyone with the process should you have any difficulties. Please keep in mind, fields are only staffed with referees as fields fill. Using PRESQUAD.com is simple - just visit the website and register for a free login. If you are squadding for your friends, that's ok even if they have not registered with PRESQUAD.com. You may look up your friends by LAST NAME, THEN FIRST NAME. No NSSA number is required, but they must be a current NSSA member. As always, should you have specific needs, contact Tami directly at gunclubprincess@yahoo.com (preferred) or call 404-456- 8287. Traditional confirmations will be sent prior to the shoot as a reminder of what events you registered for. Please be aware, confirmations and correspondence will be e-mailed. Please ensure valid e-mail is on file with GSSA & NSSA 21
