BUNKAI which are the applicatins f the katas with a partner 3. KUMITE adapted in SAMBON KUMITE system (N free fight) which is a system f 3 strikes and 3 blckings knw by bth f the ppnents (system used in 100 and 200 categries). Strikes are : Djdan-Tsuki, Shudan-tsuki and mae-geri Blckings are : Djdan-Uke, Shudan-Uke and Gedan-Uke Open pairs kata, bunkai and kumite cmpete with a regular team mate (valid r nn-valid practitiner) except classificatin 100 and 200.
