CONTEST INFORMATION 1. N.B.T.A. RULES: All N.B.T.A. age divisions, time limits and rules will be observed. To obtain of copy of the rules please visit www.batontwirling.com. Reminder: No gymnastics allowed, including but not limited to: body aerials, walkovers, cartwheels, butterflies, somersaults. Performance of these movements will result in disqualification. 2. ORDER OF PERFORMANCE: The order of performance will be in REVERSE order of the entries received for pageant solo. 3. SPECTATOR FEE: This event is being held in conjunction with the Arnold Sports Festival. Daily Arnold Fitness EXPO Tickets can be purchased IN ADVANCE at www.ticketmaster.com/arnold (3 EXPO Tickets for $40; single for $15) or at the door for $20. 14 yrs & under FREE if unaccompanied by an adults. Competitors are also FREE. Includes access to the Arnold Fitness EXPO and most events at the Columbus Convention Center as well as access to the Arnold SportsWorld and events at the Ohio Expo Center. NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD: A concessions stand will be available throughout the day. 4. VIDEO TAPING: You may video tape your own child or student from the designated area only. 5. OFFICIAL RESULTS: The results will become official 15 minutes after the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony. Please check all results immediately. Pageant awards will be trophies for 1 st through 3rd place with the exception of Novice Pageant which will have medallions. Pageant winner will also receive a beautiful sash and crown. 7. AWARDS CEREMONY: Awards for all Pageant events will be presented at the Awards Ceremony. Wear a costume for pictures. A photographer will be present to take official photographs. ALL score sheets will be passed out at the completion of the contest for all announced results. Please have someone pick up your sheets and awards for you if you cannot stay. NO awards will be mailed. MR.
