RECEPTION AND REGISTRATIONS CONFIRMATIONS A reception will be installed at the entrance of the race track. The reception : receives the riders or their responsibles in order to provide all the informations needed (practices, schedule, camping,...) will help to confirm your registration, to distribute your practice badge, to give the officials their cards Envelops will be delivered to the riders only if the annual licence is presented (engagement fees paid) Opening hours : Friday : 2 pm to 10 pm Saturday / Sunday : from 7am ENGAGEMENTS Engagements will have to be paid on the FFC website following the classical online procedure. Engagement deadline is set to thursday 29th May 2014 10pm. If you want to get disengaged, it has to be signaled to the regional correspondant. Please note that no refunds will be done. REGISTRATION FEES : Coupe de france - challenge : - 17 per rider per race Coupe de france championship : - 25 per rider per race PLATES : Each bike has to be equiped with a frontal plate and a lateral identification plate mounted on the frame. This plate will help to judge the photo finish. If a bike is equiped with a non allowed plate, the rider will be refused to get to the starting line. This is also the case for the practicing sessions. Numbers stuck on the frame are not allowed (see rules about BMX identification plates). PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS : ACCES : Indication arrows will be installed at each entrance of Troyes. PARKING LOT : A car park will be located next to the race track. Camping cars are not allowed to the car park. Please take in consideration the rules given by the responsibles on the field. FOOD & DRINK : A food and drink service will be provided by the volunteers of the club. They will do their best to serve you as good as possible. PARAMEDICS : Rescue acts will be provided by ADPC10 and one doctor. SECURITY : A security society will secure the place. The club can t be charged in case of thefts or damages committed on the car park, on the race track or at the camping. MISCELLANEOUS : In order to keep visibility, it will not be allowed to install tents on the edge of the race track. A bike storage will be at your disposal.
