František Hrdlička (1956-2014) In the memory of long serving president of our football club, Mr. František Hrdlička, we decided to organise an international tournament to pay a tribute to that great man who dedicated his entire life to our FK Teplice football club. Your club has been invited to take part at the second edition of such international tournament. Mr. František Hrdlička join the football club in 1993, reunited him with local glass company named AGC Flat Glass Europe and guided the club from third league tier in Czech Republic into regular participation in UEFA competitions bringing to his home town matches against clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Celtic Glasgow or Feyenoord Rotterdam. Mr. František Hrdlička had also a lot to do with Czech Football Association serving more than 8 years in Czech FA Executive committee being the opinion leader in Czech professional league establishing process. His football life has surely not been wasted. Therefore we are here to prepare a memorable tournament bringing the biggest talents from the Central European region. International tournament in U19 category The second edition of International tournament dedicated to Mr. František Hrdlička is organised for U19 age category (players born in 1999) and will take place in the end of July on the fields and stadiums in town of Teplice. Six teams will play in two groups on Friday 28th July and continue to final matches on Saturday 29th July 2017, when FK Teplice will be the defending champion. It is an honour for us that you decided to accept our invitation and will take part at the second edition of František Hrdlička Memorial 2017. Participants of second edition of this tournament are SG Dynamo Dresden, Budapest Honvéd FC, Zaglebie Lubin, FK AS Trenčín, Bohemians Prague and FK Teplice as organizers. Two days tournament guarantees three matches within 2 days. FK Teplice as organiser will cover all accommodation, feeding and organising costs together with final match to be played at Teplice main stadium for more than 15.000 fans.
FRANTIŠEK HRDLIČKA MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT TEPLICE 2017 Name of the tournament: František Hrdlička Memorial Tournament, Cup of Town Teplice, 2017 Tournament days: Participating clubs In tournament will participate clubs of 5 countries FK Teplice (Czech Republic) SG Dynamo Dresden (Germany) FK AS Trenčín (Slovakia) Bohemians Praha 1905 (Czech Republic) Budapešť Honvéd FC (Hungary) Zaglebie Lubin SA (Poland) Eligible players Tournament is assigned for players of U19 category, born in the year 1999 or younger. Delegated referees from Football Association of Czech Republic will allow also trial players into tournament matches, but only in case of written consent issued by original club. Tournament format and fields Participants will be divided into two groups of three teams. Two group matches will be played on Friday afternoon. All final matches (Final, Third Place and Fifth Place match) will be played 2x 45 minutes with a standard 15 minutes half time break. Substitutions is allowed for maximum of 11 players but only in 4 game occasions, that means that each team can interfere a game with substitution reason only in four occassions. Referees All matches will be decided by three referees delegated by Football Association of Czech Republic (FACR). Matches are played according to valid rules for football issued by IFAB, FIFA and issued by FACR for organisation of football in country of Czech Republic. Disciplinary matters Sent off players or other disciplinary offence will be decided by tournament organisation committee, and that in shortest possible time to avoid any complications in fluent run of tournament matches.
