- Conditions of Entry - (Please READ carefully) 1. Each player must have an official NZGA handicap index" from a Golf Club registered to the NZGA. 2. Each player must be a retired or current serving member of the New Zealand Police. 3. Member of Police Council of Sport: entry fee = $150.00 4. Includes green fees for 5 rounds of golf, lunches, shirt, presentation dinner, prizes, and some food and drink on Course 5. Note: Veterans Grade 4 rounds (1 x practice and 3 x competition). Entry Fee = $130.00 6. If not member of Police Council of Sport: entry fee will be $200.00 7. The tournament will be limited to the first 128 paid entries complying with conditions of entry 1 and 2. 8. The 7-digit member ID must accompany payment. Entries will not be accepted without this 9. Maximum Handicaps. Men = 26 Women = 36 10. The tournament organisers reserve the right to re-handicap any player at the completion of each round during the tournament. 11. The tournament will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and the additional local rules of the Boulcott s Farm Heritage Golf Club. 12. The draw will be done for the 4 th round of the tournament by the organising committee after the 3 rd round 13. The divisions will be determined by the tournament organisers. 14. Each player is responsible for handing their cards into the scorers within 15 minutes of completing their respective round. 15. Disputes - in the event of a dispute on the course, players may invoke rule 3.3 - this is by playing two balls on that hole and returning a score for both balls. 16. Any dispute must be lodged in writing and given to one of the Disputes Committee within 20 minutes of completion of the round. The Disputes Committee's decision is final. 17. Accommodation is each player's responsibility. We strongly recommend that accommodation is arranged as soon as possible. 18. Use of motorised carts is not permitted unless: a. You have a current medical certificate outlining the reasons for its use and; b. The organising committee grants permission. REMEMBER - PLAY YOUR ROUND ON TIME AND AVOID SLOW PLAY BY..
