If you miss a class due to an Recreational Gymnastics gress in class. Evals will be illness or school function handed out the week of make sure to talk to your coach to allowed so we can make sure we December 10th. Please be aware be put on the make up list. Evaluations serve as a way for our coaching staff to communicate to every continued development they will be exposed to all skills on the evaluation in the coming weeks. Monday mornings at 7:00 am try our new rolling and stretching class. It is great for circulation and muscle pain. GYM FIT Our very own Adana Harris, head coach of our girls hotshots team and owner of the gym, designed a fitness class for adults incorporating basics of gymnastics with strength training and conditioning. This class is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 7:00 am for anyone ages 16 and up. Get your morning going with the gym fit class. Active Life Learning Preschool We still have spots left in our active life preschool. Active Life Learning (A.L.L preschool) is Dynamic s kindergarten preparedness class. We run 2 sessions daily. In our programs kids age 3-5 are getting prepared for kindergarten. There is a one hour gymnastics class daily included in the sessions. Stop by the front desk to find out how to register for this class! DANCE FIT Get moving and grooving to the music with a mix of fitness and dance with our dance fit coach Darla Tuesdays 6:15 pm Open workout room- $20.00 a month for ages 16 and up use the workout room upstairs! 2 December 2018
Cheer Dance The competitive cheer team s first competition, the Jingle Bell Cheer Challenge, is this Saturday, December 8th at Deer Park High School. Come cheer them on Saturday morning doors open at 10:30am! Tickets for adults are $7, while children 6-12 and seniors are only $3. Children 5 and under and Military with ID are free. Recreational Dance classes are continuing to grow! Know someone who is looking for an affordable way to try dance or a unique Christmas gift? Check out the Groupon for new customers online for our dance program. We have amazing teachers and a strong curriculum and are excited to meet new faces and fill our dance classes. Dynamic Dance classes include Ballet, Tao, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop, including combo classes for our preschool dancers. Rec Dance classes will be showing off their holiday routines to their parents during their regularly scheduled class times of the last week of classes before break, December 17-21, 2018. We look forward to showing all your dancers have learned this fall! The Rec Cheer classes are nearly complete with evaluations, and we ll be passing those out to you in the next couple of weeks. We are excited with how much these athletes have progressed and are looking forward to making sure each athlete is continuing to be placed correctly and growing accordingly! Dynamic Dance Academy is offering a Princess Camp on Thursday, February 3rd, 2019. There will be morning and afternoon sessions, along with an all-day option. Classes will resume as normal on January 4th. Monday 12/24/2018 Tuesday 12/25/2018 We will have extra practices over the break. They are required for option A athletes. Option B and C athletes can sign up for the extra practices at the front desk. The cost is for option B and C athletes. You must sign up for the extra practices by December 20th. Wednesday 12/26/2017 Thursday 12/27/2018 Girls 6 through 10 Boys 6 though 10 Option A athletes need to remember in order to remain an option A athlete you are required to do at least one private a month. The cost is not included in your monthly tuition and is $40 to $50 for a one hour session. Friday 12/28/2018 The team Christmas party will be Friday Dec. 14th. Employee of the month Coach Kaitlyn has been with Dynamic for many year. She started out as a gymnast and then became one of our coaches. Kaitlyn coaches our level 3 and 4 competitive team girls and also has recreational classes from wiggle worm to level 1. Along with coaching Kaitlyn has become one of our Active Life Learning teachers and coordinator as well. Along with coaching gymnastics Kaitlyn used to help out with our cheer classes as well. When Kaitlyn is not here in the gym she loves spending time with her family camping, doing photography, and going on bike rides. Kaitlyn is a very important member of our team and we are so glad to have her with us and all the hard work she puts into all of our programs.
