INCENTIVES AQUMUNDO XLR8 Incentive System that: Encourages all round versatile swimmers, all strokes all distances Don t have be the fastest swimmer to earn points and awards Challenges swimmers to improve their personal best times. Swimmers age group determined by Year Born i.e 2001 Awards: XLR8 Tags for swimming in different events. XLR8 Strive Points Swimmers score points and are ranked on their performances.
