Random controls of team list and participant lists will be carried out. If there is a member of your group that does not wish to be photographed or agree to open photography policy then please ensure you advise the staff at registration each day. We will then ensure where possible there is no photography at that match. Match Officials Referees must be shown respect at all times. BWFC hold their match officials in very high esteem and without these individuals we would not have a tournament to participate in. Respect is given to all match officials regardless of the outcome of your fixture. 4

We will in no way tolerate disrespect given to match officials and disciplinary action will be taken against any teams or individuals who disrespect the tournament officials. *PLEASE NOTE, THIS INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON A DAILY BASIS YOU WILL BE UPADTED WITH ANY CHANGES TO TOURNAMENT FORMAT, RULES ETC.
