1. Welcome The Veszprém BMX Team is the first team had built the first BMX track in Hungary in 1988. This Team will organize on this year the 4th Competition of Olympic Hopes of Visegrad group countries. This is the third time in BMX sport that the Competition of Olympic Hopes is organized for Visegrad countries in Hungary (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary). This race will be open for other countries. 2. Local Information Location: BMX Track of Veszprém is located in north of Veszprém, close to north ring road. 4. Classes and Registration both race Classes Entry Fee (Euro) Amateur 10 Notes After the registration we will make more groups if the numbers of riders more than 5 and the age of riders are various. Boys under 8 10 Boys 9-10 10 Boys 11-12 10 Boys 13-14 10 Cruiser and MTB 10 Rider who is younger than 25 years old Masters 10 Boys 15-16 10 Women 17+ (Elite and Junior) 10 Men 17+ (Elite and Junior) 10 25 years old and older (also for 20 and 24 and 26 ) After the registration we will make this groups if the numbers of riders more than 5.** - The girls race in the category with the boys a year younger if they less than 5. - The Cruiser MTB and Masters will compete together if in the Masters category the riders number less than 5. **- If the category Women 17+ will be not created these will ride in category Boys 15-16. The entry fee is valid for pre-registration if you register at the race you should pay 5 more! The pre-registration deadline: 01.05.2017 (midnight) The pre-registration is helping us to calculate with the groups number. Please do not forget it. 5. Prizes and awards Daily prizes and awards that is valid for both races (13.05.2017 OH, 14.05.2017 BMX Cross Talent) Trophies for first three place, medals 4-8 place in class of Amateur, Boys under 8; Boys 9-10, Boys 11-12, Boys 13-14, Cruiser and MTB, and Masters

Rules All riders ride at your own risk and assume all responsibility for yourself and your equipment. The organizers are not responsible for any accidents that occurred at the event. The UCI and Hungarian Championship rules are in place during the race. 7. 8. Riders Equipment Short pants are allowed for all riders provided they are used together with knee and shin protection with a rigid surface that extends from the knee protection to fully cover the shin until just above the ankle. The Hungarian Cycling Federation recommends for safety reasons the use of long Pants. Riders aged 13 and older are allowed to use clip pedals. 9. Schedule 13. 05. 2017 OH race DATES: 13 May 2017.
