WELCOME Play Golf Calgary would love the opportunity to help you plan and host your perfect event! At Play Golf Calgary we take pride in everything we do, and we do MANY different things. We understand that planning an event can be stressful, so if you're reading this, bless your soul. Take a deep breath, we are here to help! You re in great hands with our Play Golf Calgary Tournament Directors and their teams. Our Tournament Directors will handle all of the details, and with over 100 tournaments held annually at our facilities we have the combined experience to ensure a great day for you and your event. We have created a multi-course golf event package that gives you the ultimate choice by picking the course that you love and the package that works best for your needs. In fact, we have FOUR (and a half) beautiful courses for you to choose from, each with endless event options. Flexibility is our middle name, we have something to suit every budget! Now that we've told you a little bit about us, let's introduce you to our great facilities!
GLENEAGLES THE COURSE We hate to brag, but The Links of GlenEagles in Cochrane has absolutely stunning views. Trust us when we say the 30 minute drive from downtown Calgary is well worth it! With dynamic elevation changes, and five different tee boxes on each hole, the course is fun and exciting for everyone. So, if your round doesn't go the greatest at least you had something to look at. Did we mention how beautiful it is? THE CLUBHOUSE We have a room to accommodate guests of all quantities before and after your golf event. Our largest room, The Terrace Room, fits up to 275 guests. The Terrace room boasts large windows throughout the entire room showcasing our amazing view of the Rocky Mountains. Our smaller banquet room, The Falcon Room, accommodates up to 100 guests. The Falcon Room creates an intimate environment, that is perfect for a smaller event, or business meeting. Finally, we have our Eagle's Nest Lounge and amazing patio. This is a great space to mingle and host a burger party! We cook our burgers up on the patio with the bar right around the corner for a fun, outdoor barbecue feel. Perfect for a sunny day, but we also have room inside just in case!
BLUE DEVIL THE COURSE We have a thing for beautiful courses. Located in the serene river valley of Fish Creek Park, Blue Devil is one of the newest and best courses in Calgary. The course is crafted to challenge you, but it is perfect for all skill levels. Come on out and dance with the devil! THE CLUBHOUSE Our clubhouse is equipped with the best design to accommodate every type of event. We can hold up to 350 guests in our Atkinson Hall, a room overlooking the course. Or, we can change the size of our room for a smaller quantity of guests. Plus, our bars are mobile! So we can set up the room just as you envision. Our lounge and patio are also the perfect place to grab a bite or drink before and after your round! Burger party anyone?
LIL DEVIL THE COURSE New to the game? Lil Devil is optimal for those who want to have fun with less pressure than the bigger Blue Devil Course. With only 9 holes, Lil Devil provides you the option to have a shorter tournament, while learning the game in a relaxed atmosphere. Lil Devil is perfect for team building with your staff, or smaller parties. THE CLUBHOUSE As Lil Devil is located on the same great property as Blue Devil, the same facilities are available. Unique to Lil Devil is the Lil Devil Hut, a cozy space for a small number of people to gather for a casual drink and snack before the round.
HEATHERGLEN THE COURSE We weren't kidding when we said flexibility was our middle name! 27 holes to give you the ultimate flexibility. HeatherGlen boasts 3 different nines that allow for tee off formats that regular 18 hole courses can not. Shotguns, crossovers, triple crossovers, we've got it all! This means we can accommodate groups of every size, and we can get your group on and off the course faster than you can say "flexibility"...just kidding, we aren't THAT fast, but you will be on time for dinner! THE CLUBHOUSE Along with the 3 different nines, we have 3 different private banquet rooms to accommodate any group. Our large clubhouse also comes equipped with a spacious lounge and beautiful patio overlooking the course to enjoy your time with guests before the round begins.
SERENITY THE COURSE Serenity was literally named after the feeling that overwhelms you as you drive out of the city and onto our peaceful, country side property. Surrounded by farmland, Serenity embodies tranquility, and puts you in touch with nature. Our first of two 18 hole courses, Dancing Bull, will be ready to play spring, 2017. THE CLUBHOUSE We have a cozy temporary clubhouse that is ready to welcome you and your guests with open arms! Complete with a proshop, kiosk for snacks and beverages (draft beer!), and a beautiful patio overlooking the course!

Burger Party Always a crowd favourite, we serve you burgers straight off the grill, with the necessary toppings available to make you feel like you're at a backyard barbecue, with fries, two salads (chef's choice), and dessert squares Box Lunch The quick and easy solution to lunch! We pack you up a to-go box full of goodies: a sandwich, fruit, chips, a drink, and we send you off to school...i mean your first tee!
DINNER MENU Burger Party Identical to lunch, with all the same fixings, sides, and backyard barbecue experience Steak Sandwich Buffet Classic meal with premium 6 oz steak, crispy garlic toast, fries, 2 light salads (chef's choice), and last, but not least, the dessert squares. You can never go wrong with a steak sandwich buffet! Little Italy Buffet We choose the hearty pasta, the rice (as a gluten free option), the vegetables, and two crisp salads. We add juicy, roasted chicken legs and/or thighs to the buffet for the meat eaters. The buffet is topped off with antipasto platters, assorted desserts or fruit, and it wouldn't be Little Italy without the fresh bread and butter! WE MAKE IT EASY USE OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION AND MOBILE APP We create your own website to advertise your event, collect registrations, collect tournament payments, and create your 4-somes. The participants then download our App to give your event Live Scoring! The scores are displayed on the projector and scroll in your banquet room after the event. It is all seamless and integrated! No more hunting people down to confirm their registration. No more chasing people for payments! STEP 1. WE SEND YOU A CUSTOM LINK We set up a custom link for you to disperse to those invited to the event so that they can register and pay online, pain free. This way you're doing less running around tracking payments. You also have personal access to tournament details and the registration list. Your life as a tournament organizer just became that much easier! STEP 2. DOWNLOAD OUR APP We load all of the registered teams and guest names to our free mobile app, and then guests are able to keep score instantly. Our app also allows you to connect to GPS, view maps and video, and learn everything you need to know about each hole as you tee up. STEP 3. VIEW THE LEADER BOARD All of the team scoring gets updated to the live leader board as the tournament is being played. Your guests are able to view scores as they play, during the dinner, and when they are back at the office the next day!
