Our new golf membership and Club Rio program will start 1 st of December. Your December statement will reflect our new monthly dues, November food charges and auto payment will occur on the 1 st with statements to follow. This coming Saturday, range balls will be available at the Pro Shop and Club Rio Green Fee Rates will be posted at the Club s Bulletin. We are striving to improve our services and with all the changes that we are trying to implement, please bear with us should there be some inconvenience as we work on improving every aspect of our Club operations. Please let us know if there are events that you would like to see us try and if a team member goes above and beyond the call of duty. Your Rio Bravo team is also busy planning and preparing for all the 2019 activities. Mark your calendar for our first Rio Bravo Pro Am on January 27-28. We will have a cocktail pairing night on January 26. We are also looking for members / residents of Rio Bravo who will be interested to host our professional golfers. Host housing is a great way to build a relationship with the tour professionals and club members...and a very enjoyable part of our event. Players would only need to be housed on Saturday & Sunday evenings and feeding the players would not be a requirement. Holiday season is just around the corner and we would love to host your special event this season. We still have some available dates for you to entertain your family, friends and co-workers. This application was made after the Bermuda was already starting to shut down with the night time temperatures dropping. Notice the difference in color between the surrounding roughs and the fairway that was sprayed. Not only is there a color difference, but there is more growth in the fairways with this product. I feel this is a great tool for us to help keep a green look in the fairways. This is far less in cost than over seeding fairways and more beneficial to the Bermuda when it comes out of dormancy in the spring. Andy Heinze Golf Course Superintendent
