Hun Sea ess 1-16 may be asked. Phase 2 Riders will also compee on he Fla and may be asked o perform any of ess 1-16.

Hun Sea Tess Rule 3304 A rider mus be prepared o perform he es appropriae for he class in which he rider is paricipaing. Riders may be requesed o perform he following ess collecively or individually during a show or compeiion. A Hun Sea judge may choose from he following ess using ess 1-7 for inner riders, ess 1-10 for ice riders, ess 1-13 for ermediae riders, and ess 1-16 for Open riders. Also, hrough paricipaion each rider, rider s parens/legal guardians, coach, rainer, and paricipan acknowledges THAT HORSES ARE INTRINSICALLY DANGEROUS AND UNPREDICTABLE AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH, hus each agrees o indemnify, defend and hold harmless IEA, is officers, direcors, members, employees, Execuive Direcor, Naional Seward, agens and represenaives, he Even Hos Coordinaor, he hos eam and faciliy, he show sewards, sewards commiee members, he show judges, he show secreary, all show organizers and officials, all medical personnel, and all persons, sables, and ohers providing faciliies, horses or equipmen for he Show, oher riders, coaches, eams and eam sponsoring insiuions, from any claim, acion or sui, for injury, propery damage or deah susained by he individual, rider, eniy, coach, rainer, or paricipan while raveling o, from and around he show, while saying in he ciy for he show, during paricipaion in he show and while a he show. A eam roser showing proof of rider eligibiliy mus be included wih he enry form per rule #5312. Enries will be acceped on a firs received basis wih full paymen unil all spos are filled, and may limied in any fair way. Prioriy enries for members of region/zone 4/10 will open Ocober 17, 2018. Enries for all of Zone 4 will open on Ocober 28, 2018. All enries will close on ember 9, 2018 or when classes fill o capaciy. Each individual will be charged $40 per class. One rider in each class should be marked as he prioriy enry. Scraches can be made wih full refund before closing dae. Afer he closing dae, enry fees will only be refunded if a subsiue eam or rider can fill he opening. However, if a opic is no covered by hese Rules and Regulaions, he rules and regulaions of he ercollegiae Horse Show Associaion [ IHSA ] and Unied Saes Equesrian [ USEF ] for he Hun Sea Division and he American Quarer Horse Associaion [AQHA ] and he Naional Reining Horse Associaion [ NRHA ] for he Wesern Division may be used as a reference for guidance in making an equiable decision under he circumsances. Any decisions made by a seward or show managemen shall be final. All horses will be provided by he hos eam. Horses and Order of Go will be assigned by a random draw on he day of compeiion. Before jumping classes, each rider will be allowed only wo warm-up fences, in he paern posed by he show seward. Warm-up fences may only be changed by a seward or show official. All classes will be judged on equiaion, and fauls of he horse will no be judged. If a horse should perform so poorly ha i is impossible o fairly judge he rider, he judge may reques a re-ride. Any oher requess for rerides will be deermined by he seward. -All riders mus wear ATSM approved proecive headgear whenever mouned. Hun Sea Awards: -The Leading Rider Award will be given o he winner of he arsiy Open Championship. -Team Championship: Each eam will designae one poin rider for each class in he arsiy and Junior arsiy and ure divisions. Differen riders may be designaed for fla and fences. A champion and reserve will be awarded o (1) The High Poin Upper School Team and (2) The High Poin Middle School Team. Overall High Poin Team will be he eam wih he mos poins from all poined classes-combined upper school and middle school resuls. Poins will be awarded as follows: 1s=7 poins, 2nd=5 poins, 3rd=4 poins, 4h=3 poins, 5h=2 poins, 6h=1 poin. -Sporsmanship Award will be given o he individual chosen by show officials o exemplify ousanding qualiies of good sporsmanship.
