Registration may be done online at www.meetregister.com Entries opened to any Boy or Girl, according to their year of birth divisions are as follows: Age Divisions: 8 and under (previously Sub-Bantam). 2008- Later 9 and 10 years old (previously Bantam) 2006-2007 11 and 12 years old (previously Midget) 2004-2005 13 and 14 years old (previously Youth) 2002-2003 15 and 16 years old (previously Intermediate)....2000-2001 17 and 18 years old (previously Young Men/Women) 1998-1999 Limitation: Athletes born 2003-2006 and later are limited to three events. Athletes born 2002-1999 are limited to four events. Athletes born 2010 or later (age 5 & 6 by December 31) are restricted to 100m, 200m, Shot Put, Mini-Javelin, 4X100m Relay, 4x400M Relay. Packet Pick-Up/ Late Entries: Friday 13 APR 2016, Location: Doubletree-Norwalk 13111 Sycamore Drive, Norwalk, CA 90650 TIME: 4:00 pm until 8:30 pm Package pick up available each day from 7a.m. until-9:00 a.m. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES /LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED AT THE MEET ON EITHER DAY. Please note: The clerk will not accept entry tags that have been changed or altered Entry Fee: $3.50 per events and $14.00 per relay. Entries fees are non-refundable and must be paid by cash, money order, or club check made payable to Long Beach Sprinters. Unattached entries to be paid in cash or money order. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED) Late entries: will be accepted on FRIDAY 13 May 2016 $7.00 per event and $28.00 per relay. Protests: USATF Rules will apply. Protest must be in writing (rule number must be indicated with a $50.00 deposit within 30 minutes of posted results) Protest must be given to Meet Manager. AWARDS: Custom medals will be given to the first three places (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in each event. Ribbons will be awarded to finishers in 4th through 8th place. MEET RESULTS: Will be posted at the meet and on-line at www.scausatf.org & www.meetregister.org within one week. CHECK-IN: All Participants in running events must check in at the Clerk of the Course when their events are called. Field event Participants must report directly to the official on the field in charge of the event when called. NO COACHES WILL BE ALLOWED IN CLERKING NO SMOKING, GUM, SHELLED NUTS OR SEEDS, PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED ON SCHOOL GROUNDS! TEAMS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED PARKING: $5.00 Parking fee (in/outs allowed). City of Downey will be monitoring the parking lot. LB Sprinters will not be held responsible for cars that may be illegally parked and or towed. CONCESSION: Long Beach Sprinters will be hosting concessions both days. Healthy alternative breakfast items will be severed as well as lunch menu. *** No outside cooking will be allowed in parking lot or on school grounds.
