APPLICATION FILE 2016 Tournament GENERAL RULES Specific regulations will be set up depending on the number of teams competing in the different age-groups and forwarded to the people in charge of groups after the closing date for enrolment. 4 groups are possible: U11 boys or mixed kids born in 2005 / 2006 U11 girls kids born in 2005 / 2006 U13 boys kids born in 2003 /2004 U13 girls kids born in 2003 / 2004 Matches will be played 4 against 4 for U11, 5 against 5 for U13 kids. The total number of teams will not exceed 10 in each group. The Pyrénées-Orientales County Basket-ball Committee organizer of the event will not be held liable for thefts or accidents involving people in charge (members or accompanying adults ) whether on tournament area or on lodging premises; All people taking part must be fully insured. LODGINGS A 200 deposit cheque will be collected from each group on arrival, to be given back at departure time,after PRIZE-GIVING and overall checking by the Village owner of the rented bungalows (to be left clean, without any damage to property ). All cleaning costs, or costs resulting from damage, will be charged to the corresponding group, and the deposit cheque will be held. A cleaning kit per bungalow will be distributed upon arrival at the camping village. BEDDING = bed sheets or sleeping bags are to be brought. GROUPS A Group includes 12 players at most and 2 adults at most; A group leader will be chosen by each Club and put down as in charge on the registration form ; Teams are asked to abide by scheduled times, and must turn up at least 15 minutes before matchstart, near the Court they are going to play on ; So that the prize-giving ceremony should be as friendly and festive as possible, all teams are asked to attend at the end of the Tournament Participating in the TOURNAMENT DEL ROSSELLO implies full acceptance of all the above-mentioned rules. 1

TEAM CANCELLING In case of a listed team cancelling participation, if notification is given before April 10, a total refund of sums paid will be made ; if a team withdraws between April 11, 2016 and (included) May 11, 2016, entry costs (30 per team) remain the property of P.O. COMITE DEPARTEMENTAL DE BASKETBALL, and the amount of 20 / a person / a night will be deducted from paid money refund.
