Sprintmap 1:4 000 / 2 m / 2016. Updated 2018. About 1,7 km with about 25 PreO-tasks + 3 TempO-stations with 5 tasks. A-class course has same distance, but easier and less tasks. Paved roads, no steep downhills or uphills. Total climb about 20 m. PreO-timing with Emit. Control punching with own spike punch. FinTrailO TempO Competition 31.3. Sprintmap 1:4 000 / 2 m / 2018. 6 TempO-stations with 6 flags and 5 tasks. Pretty firm paved and dirt roads, no steep downhills or uphills. Park-like recreation area. Grassland, pine forest, coastal terrain etc. Total climb about 10 m. First competition of ECTO 2018 (open European Cup of TrailO) WRE (World Ranging Event)

FinTrailO PreO1 Competition 31.3. Sprintmap 1:4 000 / 2 m / 2018. Paved or firm roads. Total climb about 10 m. Mainly pine and fir forest with lots of contour forms, but also some man-made landscape. A-class course with same distance, but easier and less tasks. Two one way parts on the track. Assistance on one uphill of the track. WRE (World Ranging Event) Night TempO Competition 31.3. Sprintmap 1:3 000 / 2 m / 2017. Updated 2018. 6 TempO-stations with 6 flags (light inside) and 5 tasks. Paved roads with minimal climb. Total climb about 10 m. Typical old city center terrain with buildings, riverbanks and parks. Individual competition, but also team results calculated (3 persons). Team line-ups before first start to info. Moving on the route does not require your own light, because route is all the time under street lights. All controls are visible without headlight, but street lights are not enough for map reading. A good lamp is definitely useful for seeing the terrain as well. FinTrailO PreO2 Competition 1.4. Sprintmap 1:4 000 / 2 m / 2018. Partly quite soft dirt roads and partly paved roads. Total climb about 15 m. Mainly typical Southern Finnish forest terrain with good visibility. Partly open man-made landscape. PreO-timing with Emit. Punching at start and finish, but also at the end of part 1 and part 2 and in the start of part 2 and part 3. Time between ends and starts won t be counted to the total time. Control punching with own spike punch. There is canteen with free snacks and drinks between parts 1 and 2. Time control with 3 tasks and 6 flag before start. 1,7 km with about 40 tasks. A-class course with same distance, but less and easier tasks. One way parts on the track. Assistance on uphill parts of the track. Second competition of ECTO 2018. Relay Competition 2.4. Sprintmap 1:4 000 / 2 m / 2017. Updated 2018. Teams of 3 person, but possible to compete on your own without team. Team line-ups to info latest 30 minutes before start of the competition.

There is about 30 PreO-tasks. Each leg should punch 20 controls and team should punch at least once on each control. Time limit for the team is 300 minutes. TempO-station with 5 tasks and 6 flags after PreO-part. A-class course is shorter and easier. Firm roads. Total climb about 0-20 m depending which controls taken. Mainly typical Southern Finnish forest terrain with good visibility. PreO-timing with Emit. Control punching with own spike punch. Mass start for each leg separately. Each team gets 3 punching cards and TeamControlCard from the info. First leg runners can enter to the starting area 15 minutes before actual starting time and get map. They choose 20 controls that they will take and mark those to the TeamControlCard. Latest on starting time they give TeamControlCard to official and start their competition after start signal. Second leg gets TeamControlCard as they enter the starting area 15 minutes after first leg mass start. Routine for the second and last legs will be the same as it was on first leg. Second leg mass start is 30 minutes after the first leg and the third leg start is again 30 minutes later than second leg start. TeamControlCard is only for teams own use to make sure that all controls will be taken. One Person -class: Start with the first leg. About 30 PreO-tasks and one TempO-station. Embargoed areas FinTrailO competitions: Area shown on the map is embargoed until FinTrailO PreO2 results are final. It is Ok to use main road (Ruissalon puistotie) or visit business on the area. The competitor with shortest total time is the winner. Classes All competitions: Elite (E) and A. In Relay competition there is also One Person -class. And in NightTempO there is also team competition, counted from personal competition results.
