Relay times may also be determined by adding the four best open/split times for athletes from either the 2008 or 2009 seasons. After entering your seed mark for each relay event on-line, you will have spaces to enter up to 8 athlete s names per relay. Please include all four runners (in order, spaces 1-4) and any alternates (up to 4 per event, spaces 5-8) in the 8 spaces provided under each relay. You must enter each member of the relay team and any alternate(s) for the relay so we may assign a bib number for each member. Any relay runners who may compete on a relay team must be entered into the meet and have a bib number to compete. % & ' + (, University/College Division There will be an entry fee of $25 per athlete in University/College, with a maximum of $300 per team. Drachman Stadium o 8:00am 11:00am 1 % % ( & ( % Facility The Roy P. Drachman stadium is located at Plumer and 15 th Street (1.5 miles from the Arizona campus). The track is a brand-new nine (9) lane Tartan surface. Rings are bushed concrete and runways are Tartan Surface. Timing will be automated timing using the Lynx Timing System. Admission Spectator admission will be $6.00 for adults $4.oo for seniors, and $4.00 for youths. Spectators are NOT allowed on the track at any time. Parking Parking around the fenced area of Roy P. Drachman stadium is free of charge and open to the public. Parking inside of the stadium will be closed off and only available for working staff and officials only. Spikes Spikes with one-quarter (1/4 ) or three-eighths (3/8 ) will be allowed. Warm-up Area Warm-up and cool-downs are to take place outside of the track. There is a big grassy field located to the east of the stadium that may be utilized for warm-ups and cool-downs. Track Clerk Clerking for track events will take place on the North East side of the stadium by the athletic training building. Athletes must check in at the clerking area when the First Call is made, which is approximately 20 minutes before the start of the event, but may check in one hour prior to there event. Athletes are to report to the staging area 15 minutes before the start of their race, which is located next to the clerking area. At that time they will be escorted out to the track by an escort. If you or your athletes are competing in a field event at the same time as a running event, make sure to check out with the field event officials before reporting to the start line of the running event. Field Event Check-in Field participants must check-in with the head judge of their event NO LATER THAN 30 minutes prior to the start of their event. They may be in the area of their event one hour prior to the competition

All implements will be impounded at the time of weigh-in. Certified implements will then be transported to the event site. Only certified implements may be used during official warm-ups and competition. Meet management will provide a small selection of implements for use by any competitor. If your implement is not certified it can not be used for warm-ups or competition. Friday from 9:00am 11:00am & 2:00pm 4:00pm Saturday from 7:00am 9:30am Shot Putters DO NOT put the shots on the grass or on the track. Putting the shot in any other area other than the shot impact area will result in disqualification. Awards High School -- Willie Williams Classic/USA track Coaches Association medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event as well as relays. Bib Numbers/Hip Numbers All Athletes are to wear their bib numbers on the front of their uniforms, with the exception of the pole vaulters, who can wear it on the back of your uniform. Hip numbers are to be worn on the athletes left hip. Trainers The University of Arizona athletic trainers will set up in the North East area of the stadium. Your trainers may also set up in this area. University of Arizona athletic trainers are prohibited from providing treatment or taping of any High School athletes. First Aid technicians will be onsite to provide and first aid care if it becomes necessary. Personal Stereo Devices PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING PAC-10 REGULATIONS: THE USE OF PERSONAL STEREO DEVICES (E.G. WALKMANS, PORTABLE CD PLAYERS, HEADSETS, ECT.) AS WELL AS CELL PHONES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE OFFICIAL WARM-UP AND COMPETITIVE AREAS (DESIGNATED BY THE HOST INSTITUTION) FOR BOTH REGULAR SEASON AND THE CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP.
