RIDERS Participation at this meeting is restricted to adults, riding solo machines and be holders of a valid FIM Europe Promo Sport Licence, annual or one event. Riders from other contries than Hungary, needs starting permission from there own federation. 7. CLASSES The following classes, group and classes are eligible: Super Street Bike Invitation category: Funny Bike 8. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED Qualification Elimination Superstreet Bike 24 16 Funny bike 24 8 9. ENTRIES, ENTRY FEE Application for entry must be made on the official FIM Europe form included with these regulations. Applications must reach the organisers not later than 5th April 2017. Entry fee will be 260 and must be payed not later than on the 5 th of April in Euros for the S-Riders Kft. It is possible to pay at place be cash on the 29th April, but in that case entry fee is increased by 20%. In addition an Electricity fee of 50 for providing single phase 240 volt, 13 amps will be charged to all competitors. Competitors wishing to upgrade to 3 phase 380 volt/16 amp have to request this on the entry form and will be charged an additional fee of 80. If not requested in advance on the entry form an additional fee will be incurred at the event. 10. TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS No rider or machine is permitted onto the dragstrip unless he/it has passed the technical inspections, which will be held according to the following schedule: Saturday 29th of April 12.00-17.00 Sunday the 30th of April 08.00 10.00 11. QUALIFICATION AND ELIMINATION Qualification: Saturday 29th 16.00-16.30, 18.30-19.00 Qualification/elimination: Sunday 30th 11.00-11.30, 13:30-14.00, 16.30-17.00 Elimination Monday 1st 09.00-09.30, 11.30-12.00, 14.00-14.30, 17.00-17.30 Final
12. REFUELLING Refuelling must be done with utmost care. Disposing of oil and fuel leftovers must be deposited at a special place designated for that purpose. Non observance may result in disqualification from the event. 13. PADDOCK SILENCE AND SPEED LIMIT Paddock silence (no competition engines running) must be respected between 21.00 and 09.00 every night. Speed limit in the paddock 5 mph. Non observance of any one of these rules may result in disqualification from the event. 14. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE MEETING The official language of the meeting will be English. 15. PUBLICITY The organiser reserves the rights to display publicity on the machines in accordance with article 60.7 of the FIM Europe Sporting Code. 16. TRAVEL EXPENSES AND PRIZES Prizes will be paid as follows per class: Super Street Bike : each qualified rider EURO 226 each round win EURO 169 The organiser will pay an additional minimum of 600 in travel compensation for foreigner competitors (riders who do not hold a licence in the event host country) who have qualified within the top ten for that class. To be eligible for prize money or Travel Expenses, each rider must pay a championship registration entry fee, of 260 The fee should be paid to the promoter/championship administrator at least 30 days before the event as per the FIME rule book. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES Apart from the requirements of the FIM Europe Sporting code, riders by participating, renounce all rights of appeal against the organiser, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the FIM Europe Sporting Code for damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organiser, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions. 21. PROTESTS All protests must be made in accordance with the requirements of the FIM Europe Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of Euro 130. 19. INSURANCE By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider is insured in accordance with the FIM Europe requirements. Third party insurance in respect of riders covering accidents occurring during the meeting including qualifications will be the responsibility of the organiser. The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases. As most of you know we have a limited area for pitting of your vehicle and we normally have to squeeze everybody in and make best of what we have. It is therefore essential that you give us your exact width and length dimensions so we can try to plan it as properly as possible, please make the effort to measure your combination so that you can give us the exact measurements, if possible we would like to receive a drawing from you. We will not guarantee a wider pit space than 5 meters and that will include your awning. Those of you who have a wider combination will not be able to use your awning at Kunmadaras Raceway and we advise you to make contact with us a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event to see if we can sort something out.
