The Vikings posted a 24-8 record, making it the 11th time in the last 12 years that they have won at least 20 games in a season under Krauth s guidance. Krauth made history on February 13, 2016 when he earned his 550th win of his coaching career. The historic victory came on the road against crosstown rival, USF. Augustana also went 15-7 in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play, good for a fifth-place finish this past season. In his 27th season Krauth guided Augustana to a spot in the NSIC Tournament Championship with wins over MSU Moorhead and a thrilling overtime upset of No. 8 Winona state. In the teams run to the title game Sophie Kenney s clutch performances earned her a spot on the NSIC All-Tournament team. She was the first Viking since 2013 to earn All-Tournament honors. Krauth guided the Vikings to numerous individual accolades during the 2015-16 season. Logan O Farrell and Nicole Kerkhoff each earned NSIC Player of the Week honors after averaging double-doubles.
