Page 5 3BE390838NM 01/12 2 CHANGING COMPONENTS 2.1 ACCESS TO THE COMPONENTS LOCATED BEHIND THE UPPER PANEL 2 1 - Open the lid and tilt the tank fully forward. - Undo the nuts on each inner side of the front top panel (see the diagram). - Unscrew both M5 x 16 screws under the facia. - Tilt the facia: Slightly pull downwards 1 then tilt it towards yourself 2. 2.2 ACCESS TO THE COMPONENTS LOCATED BEHIND THE LOWER PANEL 2 1 - Unscrew both M5 x 16 screws located under the lower panel. - To remove the panel: Slightly pull toward yourself 1 then downwards 2 and finally pull towards yourself again.

3.2 CHANGEOVER FROM A GAS TO ANOTHER Page 7 3BE390838NM 01/12 Depending on the country of installation and the category of the appliance (indicated on the data plate), the change from a gas to another may require 2 operations: CI Change jets (main burner, pilot) (See paragraph 3.4) RA Adjustment of primary air (See paragraph 3.4) PROCEDURE: On the data plate, check: - The category(ies) of the equipment - The gas and pressure for which it is adjusted. In the following table, select: - the country in question - the gas and the category of the equipment (see above) - the gas and pressure for which the equipment is going to be set - Follow and carry out the necessary operations - Replace the gas data plate and fill in the box with the new gas used.

Page 10 3BE390838NM 01/12 4 LID ADJUSTMENT 4.1 SPRING ADJUSTMENT This adjustment enables to increase of diminish the strength for closing or opening the lid. - Remove the collector cover. - On the back part of the appliance, unscrew the blind nut to loosen the spring or tighten it to stretch it. Put the lid in open position to limit the strengths. Blind nut - Carry out this intervention on both springs and on both sides of the appliance. 4.2 ADJUSTMENT OF LID OPENING This adjustment enables to increase or diminish the opening angle of the lid. - Remove the collector cap. - Loosen the locking nut of the lid opening thrust. Screw or unscrew the adjustment screw to diminish or increase the lid opening angle and screw on the nut. The factory adjustment enables maximum opening of the lid.
