MGCC Summer Camp MGCC Day Camp offers a traditional day camp experience in the convenient and familiar setting of our club atmosphere. At camp, your child will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of exciting activities including Swimming, Group Golf Instruction, Group Tennis Instruction, Arts & Crafts, Fun with Foods, Team Building, Super Science Projects, A Weekly Community Service Project, Wacky Wednesday theme days, Camp Traditions, and more. Junior Tennis Academy This is the third year for the MGCC Junior Tennis Academy. From beginners to advanced high school players, learn proper stroke production and the newest techniques in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Ages 6-17. All levels are welcome. Match play and lunch at the end of the two week session. Frequently Asked Questions FAQ Q: What happens if I do not show up for an event reservation I have made? A: You will be charged 50% of what the event fee is. You are able to cancel your reservation up to 48hrs prior to the event and not be charged a fee. Q: Which events count towards my food minimum? A: Any event in the membership guide with this next to it will count towards your food minimum. A good rule of thumb is, if we offer our regular lunch or dinner menus during an event, it will go towards your food minimum. Q: Can I play in Member/Member or Member/Guest as a social member? A: These events are offered to golfing members first, then junior members and finally non-resident members. Social members are not eligible to play in either of these events. Q: How far in advance am I able to make a tee time? A: Golfing members can make a tee time as far in advance as they would like however morning times on the weekends and holidays are reserved for the lottery. Social members are not able to make a tee time more than a month in advance. Q: How many times can I golf per month as a social member? A: Social members are able to golf twice a month by paying the greens fee and cart fee. Q: Do I need to make a reservation to dine in the restaurant? A: If you plan to dine in the bar then you do not need to make a reservation. If you plan to dine in the vista or lounge then we strongly suggest making a reservation. Q: Can I hold an event at the club and not have to pay a room fee? A: Any personal event that is billed to your member account will not have a room fee. If you set up an event that is billed to someone else or a company, it will still have a room rental fee. How might we be of service?
