In support of our customers, we offer the following best-in-class warranty on our airsoft sport products. 1) UTG Sport Built-In-USA Airsoft Guns a. 120 Day Warranty UTG team is absolutely committed to making best quality airsoft guns and providing worldwide best-in-class customer support and service for our Built-in-USA Full Metal M4. This series is warranted to the retail consumer for 120 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is nontransferable. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE YOUR AIRSOFT GUN! Your airsoft gun requires special tools and fixtures to repair. If you take it apart, you probably will not be able to reassemble it correctly. UTG assumes no warranty responsibility under such circumstances. Transportation to UTG will be paid by retail customer. Transportation to retail customer will be paid by UTG. expenses, including damage to property. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.) e. Additional Support/Service For any case outside of warranty and the product is serviceable, we will also provide affordable replacement parts and service. f. Replacement parts will be provided upon tech approval. 2) UTG Sport Chinese Made Airsoft Guns a. 30 Day Warranty for Retail Purchases Made On/After Feb 1, 2008 UTG Sport Chinese made airsoft guns are warranted to the retail consumer for 30 days from the date of the retail purchase against material and workmanship defects. The warranty is non-transferable. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE YOUR AIRSOFT GUN! Your airsoft gun requires special tools and fixtures to repair. WARRANTY CLAIMS AND PROCEDURES
1. UTG SPORT Airsoft USA Customers: Submit warranty request on www.leapers.com via Customer Feedback form or send an e-mail request to utgservice@leapers.com to obtain RA# (Return Authorization Number) for warranty process. Information required includes name, shipping address(p.o. box not accepted), phone number, item number, serial number(if applicable), purchase date, retailer name, problem description, and a copy of purchase receipt. International Customers: Please contact distributor in your region. 2. Other Click Customer Service, e-mail office@leapers.com, or call (734)542-1500 to request warranty service and obtain Leapers Return Authorization Number(RA#) before returning the product. Provide the following information when contacting us: Product Model, invoice showing Seller and Date of Purchase, reason for return, shipping address (no P.O. Box). Send the product in its original packaging and the above information with RA# to Leapers. A minimal processing fee will be required. The warranty request will be processed within 1 week upon receipt. International Customers: Please contact distributor in your region. IMPLIED WARRANTIES Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to 90 days from date of retail purchase. (Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.) To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state, or municipal law which cannot be preempted, it shall not be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary form state to state. Manufacturers warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from.
