Pony Club Members Wild Cards The Judges will be handing out wild cards to Pony Club members at their discretion. They won t necessarily be for those that are 1st or 2nd but members who have tried hard with their riding, turnout and sportsmanship. If you get a wild card you will go into a separate Championship at the end of the day. General Rules 1. The show is to be run under Pony Club rules 2. The judge s decision is final 3. Correct riding attire must be worn. Boots with a small heel and smooth sole 4. Riding hats conforming to PAS 015:1998 or 2011 with BSI Kite mark VG1 with BSI Kite mark Snell E2001* with the official Snell label and number ASTM-F1163 2004a with the SEI mark AS/NZS 3838 1998, 2003 or 2006. All must have chin straps fastened and must be worn by every mounted rider (whether Pony Club members or not) 5. Horses and ponies in all ridden classes must be 4 years of age or over 6. No responsibility will be accepted by the organiser or land owner for anything that may happen to competitors, on-lookers, their property, servants or horses in connection with the show. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from any incident. 7. No cantering or galloping is allowed on the Showground except in allocated rings. 8. Classes may be altered, amalgamated or divided at the organiser s discretion. 9. All dogs must be kept on a short lead on the showground. 10. No whip or stick may be longer than 78cm, misuse will lead to elimination 11. The organisers take no responsibility in the event of classes clashing 12. Objections must be accompanied by 50 fee returnable if the objection is sustained. 13. In the unlikely event of the show being cancelled 75% of the entry fee will be returned on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope. 14. The organisers of this show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instruction of the organisers and all Officials and Stewards. 15. Refunds will not be made without a vet or doctors certificate and will incur a 10 administration fee. 16. NO MUCKING OUT ON THE SHOW GROUND 17.No water is available at the show ground. 18.
