Entry und Information Start permission is given to all athletes, starting for their national Ski Association according to the regulations for the FIS Cross country World cup season 2008/2009. IMPORTANT: The entry only can take place with the official FIS entry form, including information about the athletes name, first name, sex, year of birth, FIS code and FIS points. Deadline for final entry: Friday, 21 November 2008, 18:00 hrs Address of enrolment: Ski Club Davos Weltcup DAVOS NORDIC Promenade 67 CH-7270 Davos Platz Fax +41 (0)81 415 21 59 Accommodation The prices are given per person and night in double rooms including full board. 3* or 4* Hotel => CHF 125.- The seeded groups ladies and men get the accommodation costs paid by the OC for a max. of 4 nights from Thursday, 11 till Monday, 15 December 2008 for a double room including full board. The OC will inform the hotels about seeded group costs and the delegation bill will be reduced accordingly. All further accommodation costs (also such as telephone calls, drinks, garage, etc.) have to be paid directly at the hotel. IMPORTANT: Please send your requests for hotel bookings including arrival- and departure dates with enclosed form until Friday, 21 November 2008 to the OC! The NSA's are obliged to provide to the OC the final size of the team 10 days before the World Cup competition = Wednesday, 3 December 2008 (size tolerance -/+ 10 %). If the NSA changes this figures with more than 10 %, the NSA's are obliged to pay the difference between the effective and announced persons. In any case if the team size will be bigger than previously announced the effective costs must be paid. No-show bookings will be fully charged to the National Ski Associations!
Travel costs The members of the seeded groups will get their travel costs refunded in Davos according to the FIS regulations. Per team one transfer from and to the Airport Zurich to Davos is covered by the OC. Further unofficial transports will be organised by the OC on request. Transport requests have to be sent to the OC until Friday, 21 November 2008. Prize money The prize money will be handed to the athletes at the official prize distribution ceremony. Athletes who do not attend the prize distributions ceremony personally lose their right to receive the prize money! Maps of courses and stadium The current maps of the race courses and the stadium are downloadable on www.davosnordic.ch. Race office / Accreditation The accreditation of teams, service people, etc. will take place at the race office. The race office is situated in the 'Nordic Lounge' tent in the starting-/finish area (stadium) on Bünda.
