C. Eligibility Teams Eligibility Confédération Européenne de (CEV) Requirements According to the CEV Board of Administration decision and in order to ensure the highest level of competition, a team who is registered for any other international competitions during the 2015 European Games may participate also in the Baku 2015 European Games. Athlete Eligibility Only those athletes who have complied with the Olympic Charter (at all times) may participate in the European Games. For the sake of clarity, all athletes must comply with the provisions of the Olympic Charter in force during the qualification period for the European Games up until the end of the period of the European Games. Age Requirements There is no age limit requirement for at the Baku 2015 European Games. Medical and Anti-Doping Requirements To be eligible to participate in the Baku 2015 European Games, all athletes must satisfy the medical requirements according to the Medical Controls defined in Chapter 6 of the FIVB Sports Regulations. To be eligible to participate in the Baku 2015 European Games, all athletes must comply with antidoping controls in accordance with the FIVB Sports Regulations and WADA Anti -doping Rules. Additional Confédération Européenne de (CEV) Requirements To be eligible to participate in the Baku 2015 European Games, all players must meet eligibility conditions laid down by the FIVB in Chapter 9 of the FIVB Sports Regulations. D. Qualification Process The qualification system allows for the participation of the best athletes through a fair and transparent process within the framework of the Olympic Charter. Universality Allocation Numbers Not Applicable E. Confirmation process for Quota BEGOC on behalf of the CEV will inform s/nfs in writing on 1 January 2015 of the team quota places they have obtained. Eligible s must inform BEGOC and the CEV in writing by 15 January 2015 whether or not they intend to participate at the European Games. By 30 January 2015 the CEV will reallocate all available quota places. F. Reallocation of unused quota places Should an return a quota place that has been obtained from the CEV Entry Ranking (), European Ranking or European League Participation () the next best ranked National Federation of ǀ 5 ǀ

the respective Ranking, not yet qualified, will be allocated the quota place. This process will be repeated until all places are allocated. If the Host country decides not to use a reserved quota place, the quota place shall be re the next best ranked for of the CEV Entry Ranking and for of the European Ranking. G.
