NORDIC ALL LEVEL CHAMPIONSHIP 2018 Nordic All Level Championship 2018 Partille Arena - Gothenburg - Sweden The Nordic All Level Championship is the newst edition in Varsity Europes homegrown championships.team from all over Scandinavia and Europe have the opportunity to compete at this unique competition. It s also currently the only Varsity Europe competion in scandinavia! The competition will be hosted with the well known Varsity Europe Quality and solely in Gothenburg and due to the low participation fees it attracts the TOP teams from Scandinavia as well as beginner teams that have only started their Cheer-Journey. Also teams that have not yet reached Level 3 or 4 have the chance to shine on the floor and take home a well desired champions title. The winners will not only come to fame but will also take home great champions banners as well as amazing throphies! On top of the placements and lots of fun, teams will also have the chance to be part of the International UCA All Star Championship or win a Bid to The SUMMIT 2019 in Orlando, Florida On the following pages you can find all main infos about the Nordic All Level Championship. More details will be send to you once you have signed up! THE SUMMIT is held only a week after "Worlds" and attracts thousands of cheerleaders from Level 1 to 4 to come to Orlando, Florida. The International UCA All Star Championship attracts thousands of Cheerleaders in the All Star World to travel to Orlando in March and compete in Level 1-6. Participation Fees and Special Offers Registration includes one Category Bids for the USA! First All Level Championship in Scandinavia! Registration Fees include: * Entry to the competition * Souvenir for each participant * Coaches pay standard fee Early Booking / Normal Coaches & Athletes - 1. Cat. 24 / 26 Every additional category 20 Each athlete can participate in up to 3 categories. Registration Deadlines In the following table you can find the early booking and normal rates: Deadline for early booking rates: 16.09.2018 Deadline for general registration: 21.10.2018 Rough Schedule The competition is divided into three parts. First will be Stunts, followed by Level 1-3 and finalized with Team Cheer Divisions in level 4-6. If there will be one big awards ceremony or if each part will have its own ceremony will be determined after the registration deadline. Eventshirts You can save yourself an official eventshirt in 2 phases: 1. Order before October 21st : 18,00 EUR 2. Order up to 1 weeks prior to the event: 20,00 EUR All orders made up until the final registration deadline will receive a guaranteed shirt. Order that are made after that date will be served as long as stock last. The following sizes are available: S / M / L / XL / XXL for adults und YM / YL / YXL for kids. Coaches Agreement Form Please have this form filled out by one coach of each team. The coach needs to be a representative of your organisation. HOW TO UPLOAD THE FORM Please follow these steps to upload your Forms: 1. Log in to your account on booking.varsity-europe.org 2. Click on the Tab named REGISTRATION on the upper right 3. Click on REGISTER on the very left side 4. Choose the competition that you d like to upload the form for ( It s important that you have already registered for that event) -> See under "My team registrations" the column "Files" -> Click on "Coaches" 5. Click on ADD FILE and choose the according file from your hard drive. 6. Click on SAVE - you can always update the form until shortly prior to the event! TEAM INFORMATION Teamname Organisation PERSONAL INFORMATION First Name, Last Name Country Cell Email! CONFIRMATION I hereby declare that I am a coach of the above stated team. I function as an official representative of the above stated organisation. I declare that all athletes registered for this team are physacilly and mentally in the condition to participate at the All Level Championship 2018 and that they have valid health insurance as well as additional insurances to cover all possible occuring costs in the time of the competition in case of emergency or other accidents. By signing this form I state that all registered individuals ( Atheltes, Alternates, Coaches and Assistants) have read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions and the current rulebook of the championship. This applies especially for the exclusion of liability and the code of conduct of the competition. I hereby confirm that all registered individuals agree that all information, photos or videos of the team or individuals are gathered in the course of the championship and can be passed on to third parties or might be published by the event organizer without any claim of refund in regard to the participants. I state that all registered individuals agree that personal information needed for the execution of the championship is recorded by the event organizer in electronic form or in writing. Frequently Asked Questions 01 Please find below a list of frequently asked questions and their answers. Please check out our homepage for regular updates REGISTRATION PROCESS * How do I register my team? The registration will only be done online. Please set up an account for your club on booking.varsity-europe.org Within your account, you can set up all athletes, coaches, and Assistants and also create your teams. With only a few more clicks you can than always register your teams to the current events. * When I send my registration via Email, what format can I use? Email registration is not available anymore. * Can I also send my registration by mail? Please only register online. * How do I know that my registration has been received? When you have confirmed and finalized your registration, we will check all details and will send you a confirmation E-Mail. * In how many categories can the members of my club participate in? Each individual can participate in up to three categories. * My coach is also participating in one of my registered teams. How should I register? Please register them as coaches and athletes in the according teams. Be aware - Coaches are always allowed to compete as well. * How many Coaches and Assistants can I register? Teamcategories can register up to 5 coaches / assistant. Stunt categories can register only 2. * I would like to register for the early registration discount but I don t have all registration forms together yet, what can I do? Please register your team online for the early booking rates. You would only have to upload the Coaches registration form until 7 days prior to the event. * I have to change the name of a participant after the registration deadline. Do I have to pay the changing fee of 30 for that and up to what date can I change names? For a simple change of names, we are not invoicing the 30 EUR. Please request the change online. * I have registered my team for the early registration discount. When do I have to balance the invoice? All invoices have to be balanced within 14 days after the invoice has been sent out- but the latest on the day of the competition. Early Registration Discounts will be changed to normal registration fees if the invoice has not been paid until 14 days after the early registration deadline. * How do I know that my payment has been received? As soon as your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email. * When can I expect the first draw of the performance order and list of participants. The performance order as well as the list of participants will always be published up to 7 days after the final registration deadline. You will receive an info email about it and it will also be published on our website. * Will there also be Dance categories at the All Level Championships? Only the South-East Edition of the German All Level Championship on December 16th will offer Dance Divisions in 2018. * Up until when do I need to register my team? Deadline for early booking rates: 16.09.2018 Deadline for general registration: 21.10.2018 * Up until when can I cancel participants or a team and what are the fees? Single participants can be cancelled until the final registration deadline and you will receive a credit note of 20% of the registration fees. After the final registration deadline, cancellations are only possible without any refund or credit. All changes made after registration deadline will result in a 30 EUR changing fee. * Up until when can I register participants and what are the fees? Single participants can be registered until one week prior to the event. Please note that always the current registration fee will apply. If you need to register someone after the registration date it will result in an extra 30 EUR changing fee. Change of category will result in a 50 EUR changing fee. * We noticed that we enrolled in the wrong division. Can we change the category? A change of category is an enormous workload for Varsity Europe. Therefore we will have to charge you 50 EUR for the change. Please make sure to enroll in the right category and check before finalizing your registration. PAGE 5

Frequently Asked Questions 02 EVENTSHIRTS * How can I order eventshirts for the competition? The eventshirts will be available online on booking.varsityeurope.org from September 2018. You can order in two phases: 1. Order before October 21st: 18,00 EUR 2. Order until 1 week prior to the event: 20,00 EUR All orders that will be made until the final registration deadline of the according event will receive a guaranteed shirt. Orders that come in afterwards will be processed as long as stock lasts. * I have orded eventshirts for my team and for our fans, where can I pick them up? Fully paid shirts will be handed out at the cheer shop. * We have ordered eventshirts but have not paid the invoice yet and tomorrow is competition weekend, what can I do? If your payment has not been received up to the day prior to the competition your shirts will automatically be released. You can now only buy the shirts there for 20 EUR at the Cheer Shop. COMPETITION DAY * Do I have to send in the routine and Walk On / Walk Off music for my teams? Yes, Please upload you music files to you account on booking. varsity-europe.org Please follow these steps to upload your music: UPDATE 1. Log in to your account on booking.varsity-europe.org 2. Details about the competiton will be send to you prior to the competition via email and also at the competition check in at the event. * What rulebook is the All Level Championship based on? The All Level Championship 2018 is strongly based on the rulebook of the Varsity Europe competitions. AFTER THE COMPETITION * My team has received an "At Large Bid" for the International UCA All Star Championship. What am I supposed to do next? The registration will be processed through Varsity Europe. You will receive a Bid Information Email within 7 Days of the competition. If you have any further questions - please contact events@varsity-europe.org Please note that your " At Large Bid" is valid until IASC 2020. * My team has received a Bid for The SUMMIT 2019. What am I supposed to do next? The registration will be processed through Varsity Europe. You will receive a Bid Information Email within 7 Days of the competition. If you have any further questions - please contact events@varsity-europe.org Please note that your Bid is only valid for 2019. General Terms and Conditions The Varsity Brand Europe GmbH is the organizer of The Nordic All Level Championship. The following general terms and conditions apply unconditionally to this event. Additions and alterations require the written approval of all contractual partners. 1. Conclusion of the contract The complete registration of a participating team and therefore of all of its participating members embodies a binding offer for a contract formation. Acceptance of the offer takes place with the confirmation of participation sent by the Varsity Brands Europe GmbH. A complete registration consists of the fiing of the complete registration forms (team registration, team roster, personal registration forms of all participants) and by transferring the complete payment of the balance to the Varsity Brands Europe GmbH. 2. Withdrawal of the participation The participant can cancel his or her participation and other special offers until final registration deadline of the competition. In this case there will be a cancellation fee of 80% of the initial competition fee and special offers. No fees can be refunded when participants cancels or withdraws from the competition and special offers after the finalr egistrationd eadline of the event. 3. Transfer of the contract The transfer of all demands of the participant in the cause of the event no matter on which legal grounds is foreclosed. The legal enforcement of assigned demands is foreclosed. 4. Change of services The event organizer reserves the right to change particular legally agreed goods and services when it becomes necessary and if those do not change the overall aim of the championship. Changes on the date and the schedule shall remain reserved. 5. Services not used If a participant does not make use of a service offered he or she has no right of refund regarding this service. 6. Changes after registration deadline All changes made after the registration will result in a 30 EUR processing fee per change. Change of category will result in a 50 EUR changing fee. 7. Warranty rights and statute of limitations The organizer is liable for the proper execution of the championship under the German law. If any services are deficient the participant has to state this immediately to the organizer. Claims expire by limitation of one year. The year begins the day of the last day of championship. 8. Exclusion of liability and code of conduct The organizer does not assume any liability for lost belongings, accidents or personal or property damage. The organizer does not assume any liability for disturbances or deficiencies of services of third persons. The rules of the house apply. The personal identification card of the championship has to be carried along at any time of the championship, is not transferable and will not be replaced when lost. No alcohol is to be consumed during the entire competition and any related events. Violation of this rule can result in exclusion of the participant without entitlement to refunds of any fees. The participants have to be on time and warmed up at particular competition points and have to follow the directions and instructions of the organizers and their staff. Otherwise the rulebook of the championship applies. Taking professional photos or videos during the championship is forbidden. Violation of this rule can result in exclusion of the participant without entitlement to refunds of any fees. All documents and information of the championship are exclusively for participants of this contract. Participants become liable to damages when submitting the documents or information to third persons. 9. Requirements for participants The participant is strictly responsible for fulfilling all requirements asked for to participate at the championship and has to make sure that he or she meets all medical requirements and has the ability to compete at the championship. In case of uncertainty regarding a participants medical and health conditions, the participants has to discuss the issue immediately with the Varsity Europe Sports Support ggmbh. Every participant must assure that he or she has a valid accident and health insurance. 10. Data protection All information, photos and videos of participating people gathered in the course of the championship can be passed on to third persons or might be published by the event organizer without any claim of refund in regard to the participant. The participant agrees that all his or her personal information necessary for the execution of the championship is recorded by the organizer in electronic form or in writing. 11. Invalidness of single appointments If a single term of this terms and conditions becomes invalid all other terms do not lose the validity. Version: September 2018 PAGE 7
