1. GENERAL REGULATIONS The will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2018, the Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance 2018, and the relevant ISU Communications. Participation in the is open to all Competitors who belong to an ISU Member, and qualify with regard to eligibility according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall within the limits specified in Rule 108, paragraph 3 a) and they meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and ISU Communication 2030 or any update of this Communication. In accordance with Rule 109 of the ISU General Regulations and ISU Communication 2030 all Skaters who do not have the nationality of the Member by which they have been entered or who, although having such nationality, have in the past represented another Member, must produce an ISU Clearance Certificate. Passports of all Skaters, as well as the ISU Clearance Certificate, if applicable, must to be presented at the accreditation of the event for verification. All competitors must be entered through their respective Member Federation. 2. TECHNICAL DATA Place: Tor-Tor ice rink: 87-100 Toruń, Gen. J. Bema 23/27 Str., (an indoor ice-rink with the ice surface of 60 x 30 m, air-conditioned and heated), INTERNATIONAL FIGURE SKATING & ICE DANCE COMPETITIONS: (all Categories in accordance with current ISU Rules) Men: Advanced Novice, Junior, Senior Ladies: Advanced Novice, Junior, Senior Ice Dance: Basic Novice, Intermediate Novice, Advanced Novice, Junior, Senior. SENIOR MEN Short Program The required elements to be skated are those listed in ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018, Rule 611, paragraphs 1 and 2. 2 min., 40 sec. +/-10 sec. Free Skating In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018, Rule612 and the respective ISU Communication. Special attention should be paid to the well balanced program and the element value. 4 min., +/-10 sec. LADIES Short Program The required elements to be skated are those listed in ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018 Rule 611, paragraphs 1 and 2. 2 min. and 40 sec., +/- 10 sec. page 3 of 14

Free Skating In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018, Rule 612 and the respective ISU Communication. Special attention should be paid to the well balanced program and the element value. 4 min., +/- 10 sec. ICE DANCE The competition comprises the Rhythm Dance and the Free Dance which have to be skated according to the current ISU Rules and Regulations including the ISU Communications which are valid for the season 2018/2019. JUNIOR MEN Short Program The required elements to be skated are those listed in ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018 Rule 611, paragraphs 1 and 3 for 2018/19.. 2 min., 40 sec. +/- 10 sec Free Skating In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018, Rule 612 and the respective ISU Communication. Special attention should be paid to the well balanced program and the element value. 3 min., 30 sec., +/- 10 sec. LADIES Short Program The required elements to be skated are those listed in ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018 Rule 611, paragraphs 1 and 3 for 2018/19. 2 min., 40 sec. +/-10 sec. Free Skating In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2018, Rule 612 and the respective ISU Communication. Special attention should be paid to the well balanced program and the element value. 3 min., 30 sec., +/- 10 sec ICE DANCE The competition comprises the Rhythm Dance and the Free Dance which have to be skated according to the current ISU Rules and Regulations including the ISU Communications which are valid for the season 2018/2019. page 4 of 14

ADVANCE NOVICE ICE DANCE The competition comprises the Two (2) Pattern Dances: Argentine Tango and Blues, as well as the Free Dance, which have to be skated according to the current ISU Rules and Regulations including the ISU Communications which are valid for the season 2018/2019 INTERMEDIATE NOVICE ICE DANCE The competition comprises the one group of the Pattern Dances drawn from Group 1: Rocker Foxtrot and American Waltz or Group 2: Fourteenstep and Tango, as well as the Free Dance which have to be skated according to the current ISU Rules and Regulations including the ISU Communications which are valid for the season 2018/2019 BASIC NOVICE ICE DANCE The competition comprises the Pattern Dances of group 1. Two (2) Pattern Dances will be drawn from the following: Swing Dance, Willow Waltz and Tango Fiesta as well as the Free Dance which have to be skated according to the current ISU Rules and Regulations including the ISU Communications which are valid for the season 2018/2019 page 5 of 14

INTERCLUB FIGURE SKATING COMPETITION Gold Girls & Boys born after 1.07.2007 Free Skating A well balanced Free Skating program must contain: a) Maximum of 6 jump elements (for Girls) and maximum of 7 jump elements (for Boys), one of which must be an Axel type jump. There may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. All jump combinations can contain only two (2) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. The same single, double or triple jump can be executed only twice in the program. b) Maximum of two (2) spins different nature (different abbreviations), one of which must be a combination spin (minimum 10 revolutions) and one flying spin or spin with flying entrance (minimum 6 revolutions). c) Maximum one (1) step sequence fully utilizing the ice surface. Technical Rules Level Explanation In all elements which are subject to Levels, only features up to Level 3 will be counted. Any additional features will not count and will be ignored by the Technical Panel. Components Only three components will be judged: - Skating Skills - Performance - Composition Components factor Girls 1,7 Boys 2,0 Deductions All deductions according to the ISU Communication No. 2172 (GUIDELINES FOR INTERNATIONAL NOVICE COMPETITIONS) 3 min., +/- 10 sec. SILVER BOYS & GIRLS skaters born after 01.07.2009 Free Skating A well balanced Free Skating program must contain: a) Maximum of 5 jump elements. There may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. All jump combinations can contain only two (2) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. The same single, double or triple jump can be executed only twice in the program. b) Maximum of two (2) spins different nature (different abbreviations), one of which must be a Sit Spin (SSp) or Camel (CSp) both without change of foot (minimum 4 revolutions). In second spin number of revolutions should be minimum four (4)(for spins without change of foot) and minimum 4 revolutions on each foot in spins with change of foot. Flying entry is not allowed. Non-basic positions will be not counted. Difficult variations will be counted only if they are directly preceded by the base position of this difficult variation. c) Maximum one (1) Choreographic Sequence. Technical Rules Level Explanation In all elements which are subject to Levels, only features up to Level 2 will be counted. The Referee should ask the Organizing Committee to check the correct spelling of the names of the Competitors and Officials. Starting numbers shall be drawn by each Competitor, if present, by official representatives of their ISU Member or by members of the Organizing Committee. The official announcement of the entries and of the panels of Officials is made by the Referee of each competition at the time of the first starting order draw of that competition. Draw schedule: Novices, Juniors, Seniors 08 th January at 20.00 STARTING ORDER FREE SKATING / FREE DANCE In all categories in Free Skating / Free Dance the starting order will be reverse to the results after the Short Program / Rhythm Dance / Pattern Dances. INTERCLUB FIGURE SKATING COMPETITION- DRAW: Electronic Draws will be conducted at - INTERCLUB FIGURE SKATING COMPETITION Mentor Toruń Cup 2019. 3. ENTRIES 3.1 Entries of Competitors ISU Members must enter their competitors/couples and their substitutes via the electronic registration system at www.mentorcup.pl. All competitors must be entered through their respective Member Federation/Association. Entries by names must be made through electronic registration system. After registering at www.mentorcup.pl login details will be emailed to Member Federation/Association. Entries by names must be send not later than: 01 st December 2018. 3.2 Entries of Judges Each participating Federation should nominate one judge with the qualification Judge for International competitions or ISU Judge and the second one in case of the entry for the Ice Dance event (the second judge should have the qualifications for both categories Ice Dance and Figure Skating). The judges have to be on the current ISU list of judges (ISU Communication No. 2187). The organizer decides on the composition of the panel of judges. In case of too many nominated judges the organizer will draw the panel of judges after the closing date for the entries. The written confirmation will be sent to each federation immediately. All judges must be entered through their respective Member Federation/Association. Entries must be sent not later than: 01 st December 2018. 3.3 Entries of Team Officials Official entries of Team Leaders, Team Officials, Coaches/Choreographers, Team Medical staff etc. must be made together with the entries for Competitors and Judges via the electronic registration system. page 9 of 14

4. ENTRY FEE With the entry to the competition, the entry fee must be paid as follows: 60 Euro per skater 80 Euro per Ice Dance couple In case no judge has been entered by the respective Member Federation the entry fee for a single skater the amount will increase to 80,00 and for a pair/couple to 100,00. The entry fee will not be refunded in case of withdrawals for any reason. After the final entry of 01 st December 2018, respective Member Federation will receive invoices for Entry fee. Entry fee must be pay within 5 days after receiving invoices. After 5 days non payed entries will be automatically deleted. 5. MEALS, LODGING and TRAVEL EXPENSES The organizer will arrange full board accommodation for the Officials - Referees, Judges, TC, TS and D&R/O beginning with dinner January 08 th until breakfast on January 14 th 2019. The travel expenses will be covered only for Referees, TC, TS and D&R/O. The organizer will not be able to cover any expenses for competitors, team leaders and coaches. 6. MUSIC / PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT In accordance with Rule 343, paragraph 1, all discs must show the Competitor s name, the Nation and the exact running time of the music (not skating time) including any starting signal and must be submitted at the time of registration. Each program (short program, free skating, short dance, free dance) must be recorded on a separate disc. In addition competitors/couples must provide a back-up drive for each program. With the entry forms, the Program Content Sheet must return to the Organizing Committee in time. It is mandatory that the Program Content Sheet must be filled in precisely by each Skater/team in English using the terminology for the elements listed in the respective ISU Communication. Labeled CDs should be delivered to the organizer immediately after the arrival at the ice rink. 7. OFFICIAL HOTEL The official Hotels for are Hotel Mercure Torun Centrum and Hotel Meeting. After the hotel reservation respective Member Federation or nominated Persons will receive invoices for accommodation. Accommodation invoices must be pay by bank transfer within 5 days after receiving invoices. After 5 days non payed hotel reservation will be automatically deleted. Cancellation of the hotel reservation after 15.12.2018 will result in an invoice of 50% of the total price of accommodation Cancellation of the hotel reservation after 01.01.2019 will result in an invoice of 100% of the total price of accommoadtion 8. AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE There is transportation arranged between hotel and airport. Transportation fee is as follows: Warszawa Airport to Toruń 60 Euro/per person/one way Gdańsk Airport to Toruń 50 Euro/ per person/one way Bydgoszcz Airport to Toruń 30 Euro/ per person/one way Please make your reservation for Airport pick up, together with the hotel reservation, till December 05 th, 2018. Please fill the flight details for arrival and departures till January 03 rd, 2018. Payment for the Airport pick up service will be added to the Hotel Invoices. Transportation for Officials will be arranged upon arrival and departure (airport or railway station). 9. SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE Organizer will provide shuttle bus between: official hotels - Ice rink. Exact bus schedule will be sent to participating federations before competitions. 10. RESULTS The marking system (ISU Judging System) as described in ISU Technical Rule Single & Pair Skating 2016, Rule 352 and Rule 353 (Determination and publication of results) will be used. 11. PRESENTATION OF MEDALS AND PRIZES The three best placed Skaters/Couples in each event will be announced and honored. The national anthem of the winner will be played and the flags of the medal winners hoisted. The Organizer will award the top three skaters/couples, if there will be more than 5 skaters/couples competing in particular category. The three best placed skaters/couples in each event as well as the invited guests, must participate in the Exhibition Gala at 4:00 7:00 pm on January 13 th, 2019 with an appropriate program, or the prize money will not be paid. page 11 of 14

The withholding tax of 20% will be deducted according to Polish law, 5% will be deducted due to banking charges 12. INSURANCE / LIABILITY In accordance with Rule 119, it is the sole responsibility of each Member participating in the Mentor Nestlé Toruń Cup 2018, to provide medical and accident insurance for their athletes, officials and all other members of the Member s team. Such insurance must assure full medical attendance and also the return to the home country by air transport or by other expeditious means of the ill or injured person. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for or liability with respect to bodily or personal injury or property damage incurred in connection incurred by Competitors and Officials. The medical emergency service will be present at the ice-rink during the Competition. 14. VICTORY CEREMONY The three best-placed skaters/couples in each event in senior categories will be announced and honored at the official Victory Ceremony, Saturday, January 13 th, 2019 All other categories will have Victory Ceremonies immediately after the conclusion of each free program/dance. Skaters/couples are expected to be ready for any ceremony and/or prize awards and participate in press conferences and/or social events if asked by the Organizers Also the three best placed skaters/couples in each event as well as the invited guests, must participate in the Exhibition Gala at 4:00 7:00 pm on January 13 th, 2019 with an appropriate program, or the prize money will not be paid. 15. OFFICIAL WEBPAGE, ON-LINE BROADCAST, TIME SCHEDULE Live streaming of all competitions, all the communications, time schedule, live results, pictures, and more will be available at www.mentorcup.pl page 12 of 14

16. FOLLOW-UP SEMINAR The aim of the seminar is to gather all the feedback and evaluation from the officials (Referee and Technical Panel Officials) to improve for the future. The intention is to help Ice Dance Coaches and Couples to move to a higher technical level. For a more personal learning effect, the experts will be available for a one-to-one contact with the participants. All participants are very welcome to bring their skates, as the work-shops will be conducted on ice. The seminar is open to all interested couples from all categories as well as their coaches. Applications Applications must be received from the participants in order to be considered. 1. The Entry Fee is to be paid in cash to the coordinator of the seminar upon arrival and registration in Torun. 2. The living expenses for the Seminar (room and meals) as well as the travel expenses for the accepted participant will not be cover by OC. 3. The OC has the right to cancel the seminar in case there will be not enough participants. In such a case the Participation Entry Fee will be refunded 4. The Participation Entry Fee will not be refunded in case of withdrawals for any reason. 17. TEA-TIME FOXTROT SEMINAR The aim of the seminar is to introduce and present the new pattern dance: TEA-TIME FOXTROT. The Moderators are the inventors of the dance Natalia Kaliszek and Maksym Spodyriev together with their coach Sylwia Nowak -Trębacka. All participants are very welcome to bring their skates, as the work-shops will be conducted on ice. The seminar is open to all interested participants.
