EXPLANATION of VAULTING LEVELS Bronze, Silver, Gold Levels - As per AVA Rules Individual AVA Copper - New canter vaulters without a Canter Medal. AVA Rules. Individual AVA Trot - Vaulters may hold a Trot Medal. AVA Rules. Individual Preliminary Trot - Vaulters without a Trot Medal. AVA Rules. Individual Tiny Tots - Vaulters under 6 years old must have assisted mount. Spotters and coaching allowed compulsories and Freestyle, but will receive a 0 for any exercise for which the vaulter receives any assistance. 1 minute. Individual Novice Walk - Vaulters must have assisted mount. Spotters are allowed with no deductions for assistance in all compulsories. Freestyle may not be performed on a horse barrel only. PARTICIPANT S HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (One signed form required from each participant) The undersigned states as follows: I acknowledge that competitive and pleasure horse riding contains inherent risks of injury and damage to me personally, to my horse, and to my equipment. Knowing these facts I, nevertheless, in consideration of your acceptance of this form, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive, release, discharge and hold harmless the American Vaulting Association, Region II, Pacific Coast Vaulting Club, the Frankels, Coaches, Longeurs, Parents, Assistants, Board of Directors, Officers and all individual members thereof and all other persons and organizations in any way connected with the events, property, boarding, lessons or any other related activities, their representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns from any and all right, claim or liability for damages or for any and all injuries that might be sustained by me including injuries to animals or from any and all claims of any kind or nature that I might have as a result of, or arising out of my participation in any activity. Further, I do hereby acknowledge that this release will extend to any accidents, damages or claims arising out of my participation, caused by my own acts or the acts of anyone or any animal within my or others control. A CD must be labeled for EACH GO MUST BE LABELED with the following... #1- Class Number & Class Name #2- Vaulter Name & Club Name or Club Initials #3- Put the CD s IN ORDER OF GO (FOR EACH ARENA) into a CD Binder with the CLUB NAME clearly printed on the outside.
