BADGES AND TICKETS We would like to thank all the countries for pre-ordering tickets, practice space and meals at the arena. When your team arrives at the venue for your music test, each president (or the person he or she authorizes) should go to the hospitality desk in Håkons hall and pick up the badges for athletes, coaches, officials and the president, all pre-paid tickets for meals and entrance tickets for spectators. PHOTO FORMS Please remember to get all your athletes to sign and bring the Declaration of consent photography and video (attached again in e-mail to all presidents) to the organisers at the Music test. WEATHER FORECAST According to the weather forecast it will be temperatures below 0 degrees celsius (less than 32 fahrenheit). Please bring a warm jacket, cap and winter shoes. FOOD AND DRINK The kitchen in Håkons hall are planning the lunches, dinners and the selection of the hall s kiosks. They promise healthy food. In Norway it is perfectly safe to drink tap water, so you may bring your drinking bottle to the arena each day, it even tastes great. Since this is a championship also for children and youth, alcohol will not be allowed in or around the hall. Pre-paid lunches will be served between 11.30 and 14.30 Thursday-Sunday in the arena s cafeteria (next to the hospitality desk), and dinner in the cafeteria between 16.30 and 19.00. Remember to bring the correct meal ticket for each day. Pre-paid snack boxes must be picked up at the kiosk (just up the stairs for the hospitality desk) between 13.00 and 14.00 each day. OPENING HOURS AT EASTER At Easter shops and supermarkets have limited opening hours in Norway. On public holidays they are closed. Scattered around town there are gas stations that are open at all hours including public holidays. Here you can buy fast food, beverages and some simple food items, such as milk and bread, juice and fruit; and a small selection of hygiene products such as soap, deodorant, tooth paste, sanitary products etc. Be aware that the prices here are considerably higher than in grocery stores, so you should try to purchase the items you need in grocery stores instead. All normal shops (including grocery stores) are closed on Thursday 29 th and Friday 30 th of March, Sunday 1 st and Monday 2 nd of April. On Saturday 31 st of March shops in Lillehammer (including the mall Strandtorget) are open from 09:00 to 16:00 o clock (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.), and grocery stores from 07:00 to 16:00 c clock (7 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

WORKSHOPS During the first days of the World Championships, there will be several workshops held at Kristins Hall, which is situated next to Håkons Hall. Choose between minicamp (6-9-year olds) or workshops for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels (master classes) with teachers Savannah Miller (USA) and Cyril Martin (France). Those of you who signed up on workshops several weeks or months ago, will receive one extra reminder to confirm the date and time.
